Six units of release time to analyze the processing and sentencing of sexual assault cases through the Sacramento County District Attorney s office and Court System Faculty Development Award: 3 units release time to conduct a participant observation study of the implementation of SB C.S.U.S. Research and Creative Activity Award. 6 units of release time to evaluate the impact on DUI recidivism of SB1623 (Lockyer) implemented on July 1, 1990, authorizing the California DMV to impose an administrative license suspension on DUI offenders who record above 0.08 BAC.
