4 INTRODUCTION The Calibration Laboratory is an integral part of Heavy Engineering Industries & Shipbuilding Co. and state of the art master Calibrators traceable to international standards. (HEISCO). It was initially established to provide inhouse calibration services to support the various operations and projects of HEISCO. HEISCO Calibration laboratory is accredited to international standard ISO/IEC from American Association for Laboratory Accreditation The Calibration Laboratory has grown rapidly and evolved to a center of excellence capable (A2LA) and functioning in accordance with ISO 9001 of Quality Management System. of providing a wide array of Calibration and Test services for external customers with highly accurate, which have been achieved through high qualified trained Engineers and Technicians with long years of experience in the calibration field 2
