On the basis of such long tradition and experience, we offer today a large range of services around the fleets of our customers. Presently we supervise and manage a growing fleet of about 50 vessels in sizes between 300 and 2800 TEU, respectively 4000 to TDW. 3 Chartering at its best. CHARTERING Thanks to our extensive market presence, we maintain excellent worldwide contacts for the chartering of Container- as well as Multipurpose Vessels. Competent teams, concentrating on special vessel sizes, types and regions, warrant an in depth and up to date knowledge of the international markets that s how we ensure optimal employment of the fleet entrusted to us. This includes, besides the day-to-day operations, all other activities after fixing the employment. In addition, we are also active as exclusive Chartering brokers for some Charterers. Full operational service out of one hand Thanks to our own experience as ship-owners, we can step in and take over the role of an operator ourselves and assume the control of the vessels, for which we are responsible in case of need. Other than arranging employment in the container sector, we are also active in the project and break-bulk market and as such arrange project cargoes like cranes, ramps, windmills, hatch covers, yachts, etc.. All relevant processes which are necessary in such case, from a voyage pre-calculation to the organization of a possibly necessary inland transport we do it.

When it comes to Sale and Purchase, we offer a wide range of activities for our clients, no matter whether it is for our exclusive Ship Owners or for new clients, looking for a reliable and experienced partner. SALE AND PURCHASE Professional support We know the markets as well as the needs of our clients, thanks to our intensive and close cooperation. This is why we can assist to find tonnage with the right price/performance ratio. Thereby, if required, we provide detailed market analysis and offer technical consultancy as well as support with the procurement of equity and investors. Full service for new building projects The same applies to new buildings. We work together with experienced, approved engineering/design offices and shipyards worldwide. Thus, besides assisting with the finance procurement, we are able to organize, respectively arrange supervision during the building phase. In this way, we already realized newbuilding contracts worth over one billion US- dollars and acted as agents in over 60 successful second hand transactions. PROJECTS

5 Personal service on site In the north German ports, our clients do profit in yet a further way. Here we maintain extensive port services. We are ready for service to the arriving and departing vessels, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Whether ordering of pilots, organizing of berth or linesmen, arranging repair shops, waste disposal, ordering of supplies, etc we are here as your local, reliable husbandry agent. Relief with bookkeeping Equally personal and individual is our new accountancy service. We made the experience that especially smaller shipping companies have limited resources, which are better and more effectively used for the core business. That s why we offer to take this burden off our clients if desired and take over all bookkeeping matters related to the day to day operation of a vessel.that does not just go for chartering/operations, but also includes monthly and annual statement of accounts of the single-ship companies.
