1 Workplace Inspection Form Preamble: The Occupational Health and Safety Act requires workplace inspections to ensure that hazards that may cause injury or illness to those in, or at, the workplace are identified and corrected. This form can be used as a guide to assist the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees during the inspection of each workplace.
