1 Workplace Inspection Form Preamble: The Occupational Health and Safety Act requires workplace inspections to ensure that hazards that may cause injury or illness to those in, or at, the workplace are identified and corrected. This form can be used as a guide to assist the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees during the inspection of each workplace. OHS Act: Yes No NA Action Who Is there a functioning JOHSC at the workplace? Is an OHS bulletin board in an area accessible to all employees? Are the OHS Act, applicable regulations and the TCRSB OHS Manual accessible and there whereabouts known by staff?
