The current situation for digital accounting data in Denmark, and the Danish Business Authority s usage of data. Today more that 99 % off the Danish companies file their annual report in XBRL. All fillings are free available in XBRL in the cloud. This presentation gives a level presentation of the Danish filling platform, taxonomies and a mandatory digital filling off annual reports, and gives a closer look on how Danish Business Authority uses XBRL-data. Niels-Peter Rønmos is Chief Advisor at the Danish business Authority, has work with XBRL for 7 years, and has 20 year of experience working in developing of administrative governmental IT. He is candidata oeconomices, and has a number of certifications in Best Practice frameworks. Kl. 10:40 11:10 What does XBRL data contain? A walkthrough on how we see XBRL data can be used in practice. Looking into the possibilities and areas that XBRL offers and the many advantages that can be reached by the usage of XBRL data. Michael Krog is founding partner of the Danish company ParsePort. Michael has been working with developing XBRL solutions delivering annual reports in XBRL (GAAP/IFRS), financial reports in XBRL (CRD IV) and latest Solvency II reporting in XBRL. Under Michaels management ParsePort has launched a series of XBRL products across Europe. And today ParsePort is serving several European companies. Bent Reiter is vice chairman in XBRL-Denmark and co-founder of EasyX, a company dedicated to XBRL solutions. Bent s knowledge of technology is very wide as well as deep and he has worked with XBRL in more than 10 years. Bent has a background from the Financial Market where he has worked as a consultant in many of the largest financial institutions in Denmark. Bent is very experienced in BI-solutions and one of his main goals is to create solid and technically generic solutions. Bent has a master degree from the Technical University of Denmark..

The expansion of the practical utilization of XBRL has drawn significant attention from the academic sector, and inspired research in various fields of accounting and auditing ever since the early The purpose of this presentation is to provide a brief introduction to this research and discuss the role of XBRL within contemporary academic research. Adam Krisko is M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, and M.Sc. in Technological and Socio-economic Planning. He is a PhD Fellow in Accounting at the Department of Social Sciences and Business, Roskilde University. His doctoral research focuses on methods of extracting useful knowledge from digitized financial data. Kl. 11:40 12:10 Computer Scientists view of Financial Statements. Introduction of the current project with the Danish Business Authority that is a part of the bigger DABAI (dabai.dk) project. The overall focus of the project is developing methods for extracting information from the Central Business Register (CVR) and the financial records (XBRL) collected by The Danish Business Authorities such as which factors drive economic growth, which are predictive of looming bankruptcy, and which are indicative of fraud. Given the early state of the project, we will focus on high level ideas which we backup with numbers and visualizations realizable when considering information from thousands of companies. Allan Grønlund, Phd in Computer Science from Aarhus University, studying at the Center for Massiv Data Algorithmics. I worked two years at Siemens Wind Power working on predictive maintenance of the wind turbine fleet followed by three years as an industrial post doc working with data from air traffic control systems. Currently, i work as a researcher at Aarhus University, where i teach the machine learning course and work on industrial collaboration projects rooted in big data, machine learning and data analysis.
