1 AMPS Information General Notes: The communication of your ADT Alarm System may be impacted as a result of the recent FCC ruling allowing phone / cellular service providers to switch to a digital only format. The phone connections to an alarm system will need to meet new FCC guidelines. The keypad pictures listed here may vary from your panel type. The keypad may need to be reset again to clear any trouble conditions if the keypad receives additional trouble conditions, alarms or performs a self diagnostic test. Even if you are able to temporarily silence the trouble conditions coming from the keypad, the system may not be able to communicate to the Customer Monitoring Centers and you will not be protected. You may be required to upgrade your system to maintain protection for your home, family or business. Please contact our Customer Monitoring Centers for additional troubleshooting assistance or to schedule a service visit.
