2 EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS IN GERMANY The MGTU STANKIN successfully cooperates with leading universities and research institutes of the Fraunhofer Society (Germany) in the implementation of a double degree programs, research, training and practice for our best students. Our German partners: Chemnitz University of Technology, Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF. PhD student of the MGTU STANKIN after the presentation of the PhD thesis in Germany, with professors from the MSTU STANKIN and the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg Presentation of a degree project of the MGTU STANKIN student in Chemnitz University of Technology within the framework of a double-degree program Student of the MGTU STANKIN on a pre-diploma practice in the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU in Chemnitz. 3 EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS IN FRANCE The MGTU STANKIN successfully works in recent years with one of the leading universities in France : National Engineering School of Saint-Etienne (ENISE). Establishment of the Russian- French laboratory of innovative additive technologies in the MGTU STANKIN in 2011, which was headed by the Director of the Laboratory Diagnosis and engineering of industrial processes (DIPI) of the National Engineering School of Saint-Etienne professor Igor Smurov contributed to the development of the cooperation. Currently, our best students annually study ENISE Master programs to obtain an European Master degree and the Russian Master degree of Engineering and Technology in the framework of the double degree program. For master and PhD students of the MGTU STANKIN there are various programs of research trainings, with the financial support of the Presidential Study Abroad scholarship, scholarship of the French Government, scholarship of the Rhone-Alpes region and scholarship of the National Engineering School of Saint-Etienne (ENISE). Students of the MGTU STANKIN with international master students and professors in the National Engineering School of Saint-Etienne PhD student of the MGTU STANKIN. 4 TRAINING PROGRAMS AND PRACTICE IN ITALY The MGTU STANKIN cooperates with leading Italian universities and enterprises : the Polytechnic University of Milan, the University of Bergamo, companies of the UCIMU machine tool, robots, automation systems and ancillary products manufacturers' association and the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (I.C.E.). For the best students of the MGTU STANKIN established a system of a shortterm scientific trainings in the framework Russian stage of the Italian Telnology Award, providing training courses in the European academic center of Polytechnic University of Milan and visits to the Italian leading industrial companies. In addition, there is a program of pre-diploma practice for students of MGTU STANKIN at leading enterprises of the UCIMU association. These activities financed by the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade and UCIMU association. These activities are one of the part of the Russian-Italian technology training center in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Metalworking, established in the MGTU STANKIN together with I.C.E. In particular, in the approved plan of activities of the center - the organization in October 2013, pre-graduation work experience in Italy for 10 students of the MGTU STANKIN. Students of the MGTU STANKIN and other international universities on the lecture in the Politecnico di Milano University Students of the MGTU STANKIN and other Russian universities. Winners of the Italian Telnology Award on the ceremony. 5 EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN FINLAND The MGTU STANKIN successfully works in recent years with one of the leading Finnish universities Kajaani University of Applied Sciences. Annually our best students study Bachelor International Business program in the Kajaani and obtain after that European and Russian diplomas of business supervision. The education program for students of the MGTU STANKIN financed by the Government of Finland. At the end of May 2013 a group of students of the 4th year of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the MGTU STANKIN came back from Finland, after presentation of individual Bachelor projects. In September 2013 the MGTU STANKIN sends a new group of students of the 4th year the Faculty of Economics and Management, after passed tests and the interview in English with the professors of the Kajaani University. Group of the students of the MGTU STANKIN and their classmates in Kajaani Students of the MGTU STANKIN in a lecture on marketing in Kajaani Studying at the Kajaani University of Applied Sciences is not the possibility to obtain great education, but a chance to enjoy the beauty of the North nature

6 EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR PHD STUDENTS IN SWITZERLAND The MGTU STANKIN in recent years cooperates with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, which is a part of one of the leading world universities and the top Swiss university ETH Zurich. In the framework of the memorandum of a cooperation best PhD students of the MGTU STANKIN have the opportunity to study at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Doctorate and at the same time take part in the Research and Development work as members of the design and engineering teams. After successful presentation of a thesis project, students obtain PhD degree. For the further development of a cooperation with leading Swiss universities and enterprises in December 2013 in the MGTU STANKIN will be opened first Russian-Swiss center of competences in the field of microprocessing technologies in a cooperating with Swiss partners : Swiss association of mechanical and electrical engineering industries and Swiss manufacturers of process equipment for micromachining (AgieCharmilles, Bumotec, EWAG, etc.) involving Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. The signing of the memorandum of a cooperation between the MGTU STANKIN and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich Group of a design and engineering PhD students from the MGTU STANKIN and German, Indian, Brazilian universities, led by the Professor of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich PhD student of the MGTU STANKIN and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology near of the central building of the university in Switzerland

7 TRAINING PROGRAMS IN POLAND The MGTU STANKIN successfully works in recent years with leading Polish universities : University of Zielona Góra, Opole University of Technology and High Professional School Human Resources for Europe in Poznan. In the framework of bilateral agreements there are successfully implemented various programs of research and training practices for undergraduate and graduate students of the MGTU STANKIN and held a joint international conferences for young scientists from Russia and Poland. The MGTU STANKIN annually sends best students of the Technosphere Safety direction on a training programs in Poland for the trial practice in one of the Polish universities, visit to leading manufacturing companies and participation in the international conferences. Assignment of a Honorary Doctor of MGTU STANKIN degree to the director of the Technology and High Professional School "Human Resources for Europe" Awarding memorable diplomas to students of the MSUT STANKIN and Polish universities members of international student conference Fabrication.
