Full reporting functions allow underlying causes to be identified and acted upon. Assign tasks to individuals, defining deadlines and upload associated documents. 5 Additional Modules Level 2 Target Costs Tracking Derived from the Product Master elements, the Target Costs system provides full tracking against product cost forecasts for both resource and material allocations. Live tracking of actual expenditure and resource allocations is then available against both Product and Project groupings. Target Costs allow you to reduce the costs of your products and maximise profits. Job Costing Job Costing provides detailed real-time data on the current financial position of the jobs within the system, enabling control of your costs. The system provides both cumulative and monthly reporting based on actual costs. Payroll Support Kylie ERP provides an interface with 3rd Party Payroll software allowing direct import of payroll costs and hours worked enabling project cost and resource allocation without the need for duplicate data entry. Financial Ledger Interface Financial ledgers are supported via the export of batch process information from the Sales and Purchasing modules into Sage Line 200 or similar software. Full reconciliation is provided between Project Costs and Accounting Ledgers validating the Job Costing function. Personnel Management KYLIE provides full personnel management that allows you to assign employees to the company s organisational units and structures, as well as maintain important employee personal data, such as, cost centre, salary, address, annual holidays, sickness and more throughout the employee s life cycle at the company. Personnel details link directly to job costing, payroll and manufacture resource scheduling, with full reporting features and dashboard integration.
