7 THE SPA CONDITIONS All treatments offered at the spa are therapeutic procedures designed to encourage a feeling of wellbeing. Moreover, all massages are performed by spa therapists who have been trained by recognized instructors. If you have any health issues you are advised to consult your doctor before booking a treatment. THE SPA FACILITIES 1 Relaxation Area, 5 Spa Suites, 2 Hydro Therapy /Hydro Bath/Vichy Shower/Fitness Center, Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, 1 Steam Room, 1 Jacuzzi, Male and Female Saunas, Changing Rooms, Private Lockers, Consultation Areas and Retail Corner. THE SPA TIMINGS The spa facilities and treatments are available daily from 9am to 10pm. Pool and Fitness Centre access is from 6:am to 10pm. THE SPA RESERVATIONS Advance bookings are recommended. All spa bookings must be secured with a credit card. Please call or dial extension 3800 from your hotel room.

9 THE SPA ARRIVAL Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fully enjoy your spa experience. This will allow us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment expectations. You are requested to notify reception if you are pregnant or have any health issues. THE SPA ATTIRE There is no special clothing required. Towels, robes, slippers, comfortable underwear for body treatments and other amenities are provided for use in and around the spa. THE SPA ETIQUETTE The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests right to privacy and serenity. It is required that you be dressed in appropriate bathing costume and robe whilst using the wet areas. Admission to the spa is only for adults and persons over 16 years of age. To fully enjoy a peaceful and tranquil environment and to ensure the comfort of others, The spa is observed as a nonsmoking and mobilefree zone. THE SPA POLICY Please give us at least 12 hours notice for cancellation or we regret that a % cancellation fee will apply. A no show will incur 100% charge. THE SPA GIFTS An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift vouchers for products and treatments are available at the spa. These vouchers are nonrefundable and must be presented at the time of treatment.
