3 The Krisht Transsphenoidal set was developed in co-operation with Dr. Ali Krisht, Professor, Director of the Cerebrovascular Department of Neurosurgery, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This collection of instruments was specifically designed to satisfy the market need for a comprehensive transsphenoidal instrument set for the surgical management of skull base tumors. The set was developed with 79 instruments to cover the various aspects of the procedure including the nasal exposure, sphenoid exposure, sellar exposure, and tumor resection. Instruments available individually or as a complete set including baskets, lids and sterilization containers. Instrument Overview: Order MF150 for the Complete Set Speculums slim profile Killian and Papavero-Caspar designs for improved visualization. Suctions Both dissector and atraumatic styles. Bipolar Forceps Landolt axial style with scissor grip for enhanced access. Dissectors Various styles of enucleators and dissectors. Kerrisons 7 thin footplate design for greater flexibility and access to smaller anatomy. Available in 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm bite sizes. Each size available in 40 Up, 40 Down, 90 Up, and 90 Down. Rongeurs Multiple styles of straight, down bite, and up bite configurations. Each configuration is available in various cup sizes. Rotatable Ring Curettes rotating feature enables optimization of tip orientation and minimizes the total number of instruments needed.
