This collaboration tool enables file and folder syncing across user devices, along with sharing features for distributing and syncing files both internally and externally. When a file is shared using Outlook, the ShareSync plugin inserts a unique web link into the body of the . Any recipient can open the link, regardless of whether or not they are a ShareSync user. This link sharing can be configured in two ways: On-demand file sharing lets users attach files while composing an directly from the Outlook ribbon Rules-based file sharing lets users configure Outlook plugin settings to always send file attachments as a ShareSync link, or only if a file exceeds a certain size By sending links instead of files, users can depend on being able to share files with , without experiencing any difficulties in delivering messages because of attachment size.
