This guide provides answers to the Assessment Tool questions and provides a matrix mapping the questions to an element within each competency. Ensure the following is completed when conducting the assessment: Remember that there must be at least two pieces of evidence for each unit, these will consist of two from the following areas: User s Guide Assessment Questions in Part A Assessment Evidence in Part B 3 rd Party Verification in Part C Check the Trainee has signed any pieces of evidence. Check the evidence meets the criteria. Within the current presentation, create a bullet slide outlining three advantages of using bullets in a slide presentation. b. Adjust formatting if necessary to match the first slide. c. Duplicate this slide and add an appropriate graphic (company logo etc.). d. Create a fourth slide incorporating an organisational chart of your workplace. e. Create a fifth slide and use the formatting toolbar to insert a table listing three advantages of using tables within a slide presentation. f. Print a handouts page displaying the five slides with matching formats. g. Move the table slide so that it is second in the presentation sequence and reprint the handouts page. h.
