1 INVITATION XV INTERNATIONAL H. CHMIELEWSKI TOURNAMENT IN ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS 1. DATES: April 29th May 1st PLACE OF THE COMPETITION: Poland, Świdnica (south-west of Poland, near Wrocław), sport centre: Hala Sportowa OSiR, 1 Gall Anonim Street 3. PROGRAMME OF THE COMPETITION: a) The competition will take place in all categories of Acrobatic Gymnastics women's pairs, women's groups, men's pairs, men's groups and mixed pairs according to the FIG rules, in 3 age categories: juniors 11-16, and seniors (13 and older) Juniors and age group the competing acrobats may be 2 years younger or 1 year older than it is required b) April 29th 2011 (Friday) arrivals of the delegations till 1 p.m. from a.m. to 7.00 p.m. delegation's training time from 8.00 p.m. to p.m. briefing for managers, coaches and judges c) April 30th 2011 (Saturday) from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. preliminaries from 2.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. preliminaries d) May 1st 2011 (Sunday) from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. finals from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. finals 7.30 p.m. banquet for all delegations Please notice: Further to the finals go 8 teams in every category in every age group (age group 11-16, juniors, seniors) and no more than 2 teams from each country. The states of USA are considered as separated countries. e) May 2nd 2011 (Monday) delegation's departures after breakfast f) There are only 2 judges accepted from each country.

FINANCE: a) The delegations have to cover all their travelling expenses themself. b) Accommodation and full board for one person per a Day - 35 Euros basic standard - accommodation in a dormitory or youth hostel - 60 Euros higher standard (hotel) c) Fees: - Hotel 3 hotel 24 hours 60 euro x 3 = 180 euro including : 29th April 2011 Friday dinner and supper 1st.May 2011 Sunday breakfast, dinner, supper banquet 2nd.May 2011 Monday breakfast and departure - Hotel 2 hotel 24hrs -60 euro x 2 = 120 euro including: 29th April 2011 Friday supper 1st.May 2011 Sunday breakfast, dinner, supper banquet(additional 15euro per person) - Accommodation dormitory, youth hostel 3 hotel 24hrs 35 euro x 3 = 105 euro including: 29th April 2011 Friday dinner and supper 1st.May 2011 Sunday breakfast, dinner, supper banquet 2nd.May 2011 Monday breakfast and departure - Accommodation dormitory, youth hostel 2 hotel 24hrs 35 euro x 2 = 70 euro including: 29th April 2011 Friday supper 1st.May 2011 Sunday breakfast, dinner, supper banquet (additional 15euro per person) d) Entry fee is 15 per competitor e) Delegations coming by planes to Wrocław (50km from Świdnica) - we provide transport. The fee for taking from and to the Airport is 20 euros per person. The organizer provides transport during the competition and training time free. 6. INSURANCE - he organizers provide first aid. However, they don't cover the accidents' expenses. All participants are advised to have an adequate insurance coverage. Please notice: All the contestants are obliged to have valid medical examinations in accordance with all countries' requirements 7. ENTRIES: - send by to skotom@onet.pl or City Sport Club Polonia by fax on / and / The contestants' declarations on attached forms should be sent till: a) 15th March provisional entries the amount of competitors (women and men) and supporters (head of the delegation, coach, judge) and your choice of accommodation and full-board 35 euros or 60 euros and the length of your stay (2 days, 3 days or more) form number 1

3 b) 10th April 2011 nominative entries with the names and surnames and categories and supporters list (head of the delegation, coach, judge and other people) as well - form number 2 c) The tariff sheets should be sent by fax or till 15h April AWARDS: - for first 3 places in the competition in every age category medals. For the 4th place the contestants receive medals as well. - the winners in every category receive a cup - all the competitors receive a diploma 9.
