1 MARKETM T E C H N I C A L S MARKET OUTLOOK NIFTY (7823) CNX Nifty opened positive and managed to hold immediate support of 7750 zones and headed towards 7845 levels after the weakness of last three trading sessions. It traded inside the trading range of previous session and made a bullish harami candle on daily chart near to the major support zone. Overall trend is under pressure as we have seen sharp decline but support based buying near to the oversold territory is giving an early sign of trend reversal. Now it has to cross and hold above 7850 zones to witness a bounce back move towards 7940 and 8000 zones, while if it fails to hold 7750 then the hope of recovery may wipe out and index can revisit its recent low of 7667 levels. C N CNX NIFTY COMMENTS SENSEX (25765) BSE Sensex opened positive and remained strong throughout the day recovering around 310 points at the close of the trading session. It witnessed a relief after the tremendous fall of the previous three days and negated its pattern of making lower lows. It is turning from the oversold territory and now if it sustains above zones then a bounce back move may be seen towards and levels. While if it fails to hold levels then the hope of bounce back move may fizzle out and index may drift towards levels. 2 TECHNICAL CALLS RECLTD: Rs. 253 B u Buy Between Rs. 246 To Rs. 249 STOP LOSS TARGET RECLTD is turning from the oversold territory and finding sustained buying interest from last couple of trading sessions. It has seen sustained selling inlast sixmonths from 371to 200lower levelsandnowlooks attractive in terms of risk reward ratio. In the last week it made a reversal candle and now holdingabove 250may takeit to 264and268levels. Traders canbuy the stock with stop loss of 241 for the upside immediate target of 264 levels. TCS: Rs E X Buy Between 2560 To Rs STOP LOSS TARGET TCShasbeenmovinginlongconsolidation fromlast coupleof monthsand recentlyithastakensupportat zonesandhasmanagedtohold above its 50 DMA.It is trading in a range from last couple of months with support base shifting to the higher levels. Thus, it is showing the potential to move towards 2660 and higher levels. Traders can buy the stock with stop loss of 2530 for the upside immediate target of 2660 levels.
