1 Phase I: Design We will need the following items from you to create the mockup for your design:. A high resolution version of your logo (.jpg,.tiff, or.bmp). A high resolution image for the Welcome screen (.jpg,.tiff, or.bmp). Your color pallet of official colors. A link to your website and any other files that show your design style. The title / label for the navigation items at the bottom Phase : Build (Info) To build the info portion of the presentation we will provide a tab on your Google Spreadsheet. In the info tab you will be able to provide the following information for up to 6 sections:. Header (limit to characters). Phone number (limit to 0 characters). (limit to 0 characters) Page Revised: 060
2 Phase II: Build (Donors) To build the Donors page we will need the following:. Text to briefly explain donation information. Link to webpage (for QR code) so user can scan to acquire more information. Phase II: Build (Donor Popup Cards) To build your floating profile cards for the Donors we will provide you a designated tab on your Google Spreadsheet with the following columns and would request sample profiles for testing:. Header (limit to characters). Sub-heading (limit to characters). Photo (88x60 pixels). Front copy (limit to 0 characters). Back copy (limit to 7 characters) Optional - Define filters for touch sorting Page Revised: 060
3 Phase II: Build (Directory) To build the Directory page we will need the following:. Define to column labels a) optional - add pop up card for each entry to show photo and profile b) optional - alphabetical filter above the directory Phase II: Build (Directory Popup Card) - optional To build the directory list we will provide a tab on your Google Spreadsheet and would request sample profiles for testing with the following information:. This could be used to highlight a recent award, talk about key achievements, or explain how to nominate. 5 Phase II: Build (Media) The Media section allows you to insert videos and Twitter feeds. Please provide us with the following:. Vimeo URL links to up to videos. The Twitter gadget can support a variety of criteria. Please provide us the Twitter ID, hashtag, or explanation of the criteria you want to follow. Phase II: Build (Events & News) The Events & News section allows you to insert an RSS feed along with an events schedule. We will provide a tab on your Google Spreadsheet so that you can populate it with your data. Please provide us with the following:. RSS feed URL link.
