2 IUT Annecy The is a multidisciplinary, medium-sized university (12,000 students) with campuses located in two of the eight counties which make up the Rhône-Alpes region : Savoie and Haute-Savoie. The university benefits from a strategic position near the borders with Switzerland and Italy, and has chosen to make international contacts one of its main development priorities, with constant exchanges of students and researchers. The welcomes one of the highest number of Erasmus exchange students in France, and is ranked number one regarding the percentage of outgoing students. The curriculum will provide a solid understanding of operational marketing techniques for the sports market, as well as the key elements involved in product development (design, manufacturing, distribution, regulations, marketing, sourcing...) 4 International Semester in International Industrial and Business Management (IIBM) Class size: 15 to 20 Duration: Autumn semester To provide international students with an applied grounding in the main fields of industrial management and business management, giving them skills which are essential for the world of work that awaits the students. They will study a variety of management skills (project management, quality management, supply chain management ) as well as attain an understanding of the international work environment through the emphasis on project/team work and the study of intercultural issues. In addition, the links between these competencies will be emphasized. The use of information systems in these contexts will also be studied.
