3 3 EXPERIENCE WITH RESPECT TO DOMAIN NAMES Panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) since 2003, with more than one hundred decisions published online. Author of two books: MAJOR PUBLICATIONS - Cyberdroit, le droit à l épreuve de l Internet published by Dunod-Dalloz (1999; 2nd edition 2000; 3rd edition 2002), then published by Dalloz-Collection Praxis (last edition ); this book obtained the Prix Fnac - Arthur Andersen du Livre d Entreprise 2001 in the category Management / Law / Finance ). - L Entreprise, l Informatique et le Droit (1986; 2nd edition 1992 Nathan). Has also written numerous articles over the last twenty years for various publications dealing with IT, multimedia or economic issues. EXPERIENCE IN COURT LITIGATION Has significant experience with regard to litigation in the sectors of computer and software (IT management contracts, infringement and unfair or illegal competition), e-commerce law, especially regarding internet issues (domain names, internet service providers liability, defamation, undermining of third party rights). PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN MEDIATION Performs the duties of mediator, certified by the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Paris (CMAP), has conducted more than fifteen mediations, all of which ended favorably. As President of the Paris Bar, dedicated 2013 as being The Paris Bar s Year of Mediation in order to encourage the use of mediation as alternative dispute resolution. In this regard, created the Ecole de la Médiation du Barreau de Paris (Paris Bar s School of Mediation) and was issued the Mandatory Continuing Education diploma ( diplôme de Formation Continue Obligatoire Qualifiante ) In 2013, was awarded the Prix Médiation AME 2013 by the Association des Médiateurs Européens (European Mediators Association). EXPERIENCE IN MEDIATION Has been involved in court-annexed mediation as a Counsel. Has also acted as a mediator with the CMAP. PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN ARBITRATION Has participated either as an arbitrator or as a Counsel in numerous arbitration matters.

Has been appointed several times in ICC or ad hoc arbitrations, as sole or party-appointed arbitrator or as member of an arbitration tribunal. Also has the opportunity to counsel parties in numerous arbitrations. Led the Committee on Electronic Commerce of the ICC and drew up a vade mecum on the subject. Also worked on the numerous questions raised by online arbitration.
