1 KHS LOCAL SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS SPRING 2016 Directions for Local Scholarships: Review the criteria list to determine the scholarships for which you qualify. Obtain applications from the Counselors Office. *** Pay close attention to the deadline date and details *** Scholarships are due by Friday, March 11th, 3 pm!!! **** ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO DEADLINE DATE & TIME **** Every application must have an official transcript attached. You must request your transcripts from the registrars office at by 2 pm on Monday, March 7 th using the attached Transcript Release Form. The cost is $1.00 for EACH transcript request for each local scholarship application If you are NOT 18, you must have a parents signature on the transcript request form. Place all completed applications in a manila folder (with your name on the outside of the folder). Please note applications that are submitted without a transcript request will be considered incomplete and will not be submitted to the scholarship committees. Return completed applications to Mrs. Edwards in the Counselors Office by 3pm on March 11 th!! *** DON T PROCRASTINATE *** Turn your applications in early!!!
