1 Page 1 of 6 Celebration Before beginning installation of the CELEBRATION, check the enclosed bill of materials to ensure that all parts are present and undamaged. Read all installation instructions and familiarize yourself with the system s components. This is extremely important because parts will become permanently damaged if they are installed incorrectly! To help with identification, all parts are poly-bagged and labeled. 2 Page 2 of 6 Step 1: Perimeter Panel 1. A. B. C. Install the appropriate grid module using DXF 1/4-inch FINELINE grid with UA 25 wall molding. When installing, be sure that the module is square. Create perimeter panels by cutting full panels to fit the perimeter spaces in the grid installation. Measure the opening and mark the appropriate cut points on a full panel. 1. D. E. F. Measured Dimension Note the measurement points in this graphic. Score between the cut marks with a straight edge and sharp SHEETROCK knife. Cut the edge of the panel at each cut point with snips. G. H. Note: Most CELEBRATION panels are aluminum. Steel CELEBRATION panels are also available and must be cut using a band saw or hand-held metal cutting saw. Bend the panel at the score until it breaks free. To ensure that the panels lay flat at the perimeter, lock each in place by using two T-15 Hold-Down Clips. These clips are used in conjunction with UA25 U-molding.

3 Page 3 of 6 Step 2: Accessory Panel A. B. C. Find the locations of all light fixtures, sprinkler heads and speakers and install the appropriate accessory panel for each. These panels can be ordered pre-punched with a hole or they can be field-cut as needed. Optional light fixture trim can also be ordered. D. E. F. Light fixture installed with the optional trim. Before installing an air diffuser, the exposed grid flange can be spray-painted to match the panel color. First, install the air diffuser frame into the grid. G. H. H. Then, install the air diffuser panel into the air diffuser frame. Finally, install the air diffuser boot.

E. F. push up to lock panel Here s how the panel hinge and the grid flange fit together. To install the field panels, hook the hinged side of each panel onto the flange of the grid and press along the panel edge to lock it into place. Do not press on the panel face. For a field panel installed adjacent to a cut perimeter panel, insert a 4-inch length of Arrowhead Reveal Spacer into the channel at each corner. G. For a field panel installed adjacent to an air diffuser or light fixture, insert a 4-inch length of Round Reveal Spacer into the channel at each corner.

Insert a flat screwdriver blade into each corner to release the panel from the grid. Allow the panel to swing down on its hinge. D. L. To remove the panel, lift the panel off the grid flange to disengage the hinge mechanism. M. 1.
