1 2015 VEHICLE FINANCING OPTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS All financing applications are subject to the standard credit approval process and criteria as well as the below terms and conditions. 1. Duration The financing options are valid from the 16 March 2015 until the 25 April 2015 hereinafter referred to as the campaign period. 2. Eligibility The financing options are valid for applications nationally at any Bank Windhoek branch nationwide. The financing options are available to business entities and any persons 18 years or older, at the time of application. The direct families and employees of Bank Windhoek Ltd, Capricorn Investment Holdings (CIH) and its subsidiaries, any company within the CIH Group Companies, and its subsidiaries, may not participate in the campaign competition however they may apply for the campaign promotion stipulated in point 3. Direct families; are defined as an employee s parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partner. 3. Campaign Financing Options Clients can choose one of the following Vehicle and Asset Financing Options: 1. Zero deposit on new and used vehicles (not older than 3 years) with the first instalment payable in arrears (Financing amount >N$ ). 2. A special interest rate of prime less 1% (new vehicles) and prime rate (used vehicles). 3. A repayment period of 72 months (Loan amount >N$ ; Normal interest rates apply) 4. A repayment holiday of 3 months (Only start repaying in month 4 or choose any other 3 months within first three years of finance). 5. Balloon payment option on selected new and used vehicles (not older than 3 years) up to a maximum of 30%.

2 4. Financing Options Terms & Conditions Vehicles for which finance is applied for must not be older than a 2012 year model. Only year models 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 shall be included within the campaign financing offers. (models not older than 3 years; excluding new vehicles as per approval) The financing options are available only to vehicles sold by Bank Windhoek approved dealers which are listed in point 7 of these terms and conditions. Offer only valid on vehicles with a net financing value exceeding N$ The vehicle book value may not exceed the purchase price. The financing options are not available for financing of import vehicles, trucks or commercial vehicles, motorcycles and any privately sold vehicles. Normal credit criteria and conditions shall apply. Normal interest rates shall apply except when Financing Option 2 is chosen. Should a client s financing application be approved the offer shall be valid and available for contracting until the 19 th of June 2015, where after the finance approval shall be void. The financing offer is to be concluded with Bank Windhoek prior to the 19 th of June 2015, to allow for stock orders and other unique circumstances. Should an application for Vehicle Finance making use of any of the 5 financing options be declined for whatsoever reason, the financing option applied for shall be non-transferrable to any other application of Vehicle and Asset Finance. 5. Qualifying for Financing Options To qualify for one of the five, vehicle financing options the client must comply with the following: Comply with all FIA and legal requirements necessary to apply for financing from Bank Windhoek. Be in possession of a valid Namibian Driver s License. All clients are expected to enter into a standard Vehicle and Asset Finance agreement with Bank Windhoek. The application for Vehicle & Asset Finance is to be submitted with a valid quotation from participating dealer. The quotation must be dated within the campaign period. The applications must be submitted to the nearest Bank Windhoek branch within the campaign period. 6. Standard Terms & Conditions Bank Windhoek reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3 Bank Windhoek reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim not in accordance with these conditions of entry. Any tax liability as a result of accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winner. Bank Windhoek s decisions in relation to any aspects of the Campaign is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. Bank Windhoek and its associated agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Campaign. Bank Windhoek reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who Bank Windhoek has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Campaign. Bank Windhoek s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. All entries become the property of Bank Windhoek. Bank Windhoek collects personal Information about the entrants in order to conduct the Campaign and to enable them to participate in this Campaign, but no further use of this information will be made without the permission of the entrant. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Campaign. If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Bank Windhoek, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, Bank Windhoek reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the Competition including these terms and conditions, and/or to cancel the Campaign and recommence it from the start on the same conditions. 7. 5 Gondwana Collection Namibia Competition Eligibility The offer is open to clients who have complied to the following: 1. Successfully applied for Vehicle and Asset Finance between the 16thMarch and 25thApril Received approval on their application and have signed a standard Vehicle and Asset Finance agreement with Bank Windhoek prior to the 19 th June Clients whose applications have been declined for what so ever reason shall not be eligible to be entered into the Gondwana Collection Namibia Offer. Contacting of Winners The competition draw will take place on 31 st June The winners will be notified telephonically between the 1 July 2015 and 9 July The winners must collect their prizes between the 1 July 2015 until the 16 July Should the winner not collect their prize their prize will be deemed void. When winners collect their accommodation voucher they must provide original identification documents (ID, birth certificate, passport or valid driver s license). Should a winner not be successfully contacted within the above dates, or be unable to accept a prize for whatsoever reason, the offer shall be awarded to an alternative winner. Gondwana Accommodation Packages Clients stand a chance to win one of 25 accommodation packages. Each accommodation package consists of the following: Accommodation for 2 people for 6 nights only. The offer includes bed and breakfast for 6 nights for 2 people. All other items such as dinner, activities, drinks, curios and items of a personal nature and / not stipulated is for own account. The offer can be used at any Gondwana Collection Namibia Lodge (excluding Klein-Aus Vista) The offer is subject to the availability at Gondwana Collection Namibia lodges and accommodation should be booked well in advance. The offer is valid until 30 June 2016 without the possibility to extend beyond this date. The offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
