1 The Party Barn Rentals All occasions, Weddings, Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Theme Parties 314 N. Pine Ellensburg Wa Phone: Policies and Procedures *Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the items wanted. *Reservation deposits are required. A non-refundable payment of 50% of the total rental is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of goods. *All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. *Deliveries are to the door. Additional charge for a long carry or stairs. *Additional charges for setup or takedown. *All items come to you clean, polished and ready to use, and must be returned clean except for the following exceptions: Dishes and flatware may be returned rinsed and in original container. Linens must be free of debris and in laundry bag provided. Damaged items subject to replacement cost fee. *Damaged items remain the property of the Party Barn Rentals. *Prior to pick up, linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. *Rental items should be returned in their original containers. An additional charge is added for missing packing materials, boxes and cargo blankets. *Rental items must be ready for pickup in same location as delivered. *Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer, from delivery to return. *Renter agrees not to allow any cooking under Party Barn tents or canopies, and agrees to take full responsibility for any and all damages on their premise. Tent Canopies and Accessories 10 x 10 Popup Customer Pickup $ x 10 Popup We install $ x 10 Frame Canopy $ x 15 Frame Canopy $ x 20 Frame Canopy $ White Sidewalls $1.00 per foot Window Sidewalls $1.50 per foot All tents requiring our installation may require a site check and delivery/take-down fees. Pop-up Canopies consist of a lightweight collapsible frame with a fabric covering. They will provide shade and protection from light rain. They are quick and easy to install by customer. Since Pupups may be damaged by strong winds, they must be taken down if bad weather is predicted and may not be left up overnight.
