Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all item in a mutually agreed upon place on delivery. Delivery prices are for first floor,tailgate delivery. Additional requirements for a setup and for knock-down must be made in advance with an additional charge. A deposit of 25% is required to reserve all rental equipment. MasterCard, Visa and cheque are accepted. All contacts must pay in full before delivery or pick-up. Refundable deposits of 10% (minimum RM100) of the total charges are required. This deposit is refundable in two weeks shall all the items returned in good condition. Any changes to your order must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your pick-up or out delivery of the equipment rented. Cancellation charges do apply. We package our equipments in special containers for china, glassware, stainless steel, Linen, etc to ensure that you receive your items undamaged, clean and Table ready. All China,glassware,stainless steel, Linen, etc should be repacked in the same condition as delivered. Glassware should be turned upside down in the racks. Flatware should be sorted and packed separated by item. China should be packed sideways in their racks whenever possible to cut down on transport breakage. Item not meeting these requirments will be subject to additional fees. Responsibility for rental items remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure all rental items are secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Any lost, broken or damage item will be responsible by the customer once we made the delivery.
