They must apply for visa with position as Investor/Partner. In case of Subsidiary / Branch Company, qualification certificate would not be required for Manager in case he/she is owner/partner of the Parent Company Position mentioned in the approved Pre-Approval should be same as position on visa application. Company should ensure that the office/warehouse has signboard/name board fixed, fully furnished and activated. Applicant should be above 18 & below 60 years of age

4 1. In case of Subsidiary Company, the owner/partner of the Parent Company is not entitled to obtain visa with position as Investor or Partner. 2. Companies with flexi facilities can avail visa for only investor/partner/manager whose name is mentioned in the trade license. 3. Companies with Standard Office or Small Executive office can avail visa for only investor/partner/manager and Qualified Employees (no Driver,Office boy or Labour).. After approving Visa transfer request by Immigration authority, applicant has to undergo the medical examination, apply for emirates ID card & get the residence visa stamped. (In case applicant has an existing valid Emirates ID, updating of information at Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA) would be his/her responsibility) 5. In case you apply for Medical through RAK FTZ, Emirates ID fees will be added; as Medical and EIDA included as a bundled Package. 6. During visa stamping process for non-investor/partner,employment contract submission is a mandate for completing the process 7. In order to complete stamping process, copy of tenancy contract (or free hold certificate) and latest utility bill should be submitted (Acceptance of not attested tenancy contract is subject to Immigration approval). 8. First visa in the company should be for a decision maker such as Investor, partner or manager (for other employees higher position,approval will be subject to Immigration Authority and an Inspection may be required) 9. Second visa for company, in case the application is for Employee, approval would be based on the inspection by officials from RAK Immigration Authority. Company should ensure that the office/warehouse is active (has signboard/name board fixed, fully furnished).during Inspection clients may be required to provide any information/documentation that may be required by Immigration. 10. In case the applicant would be applying for managerial level (sales manager, operations manager) and does not hold bachelor's degree, he/she may submit the attested high school certificate with minimum three years' experience certificate attested from the chamber of commerce of the country from where it was issued. This may also be translated in Arabic language from legal translators. Please ensure that the experience letter should be matching the job position applied for.( Final Approval is subject to RAK Immigration). 11. If the applicant's passport is valid for one year or less (not less than 6 months), the residence visa stamped on the passport would be only for one Year (subject to Immigration approval) 12. Transfer Request will not be approved from RAK Immigration till deposit of AED. 5,000 is paid at immigration (subject to RAK Immigration Approval) 13. If the applicant has dependants under his/her sponsorship, the job title, salary, shares etc. in the new companies must be corresponding to the criteria set by Immigration for sponsoring the Family. 1. 5 Step 2 Visa Stamping for Investor/Partner/Manager/Other Employees (After Approving the Transfer) 1 Copy of the Online Visa Application submitted for Transfer, signed by Authorized Signatory and Company stamp. 2 Original Passport of the applicant (Passport must be valid for at least 6 months & Previous Visa should be valid ) In case medical examination through RAK FTZ, One set of passport copy also needs to be submitted. 3 Original Set of 1 st step of transfer approval. In case medical examination through RAK FTZ, One copy of Transfer request. Two Recent passport size colour photographs with white background. In case the medical examination through RAK FTZ, additional 2 passport size colour photographs required. 5 Original Medical Report, valid and issued by UAE Government Hospital. (Applicable in case medical examination carried out by the client directly) 6 Copy of Emirates ID Application. (Applicable in case medical examination & EIDA carried out by the client directly) In case EID processing through RAK FTZ, Previous Original card / or copy should be submitted (if available) 7 Accommodation: Copy of attested Tenancy Contract, Property Ownership Certificate. (Acceptance of non-attested tenancy contract is subject to Immigration approval) 8 Copy of Latest Utility Bills. 9 1 set (original) of Employment Contract attested by the Employer & the Employee. Template provided by RAKFTZ. (Applicable only in case of Manager & Other Employees) 10 Copy of Trade License valid for at least one month. NOTES: In case applicant has an existing valid Emirates ID, updating /re apply of Emirates ID would be a must during visa stamping process. During visa stamping process for Manager & Other Employees, submission of Employment Contract is a mandate for completing the process. There are two types of contract Limited & Unlimited and clients may select the one that fulfils the Company s requirement. Validity of the passport at the time of visa stamping must be more than six months. In case the validity of the passport is less than one year, Immigration may stamp the visa with one year validity (subject to Immigration approval). Once visa stamping completed, below are some rules that visa holder should know: - It is visa holder responsibility to follow up for Emirates ID card and collect the original card - The residence visa holder must not stay outside UAE for more than 179 consecutive days or else the visa will become invalid and must be cancelled. A special consideration is given to Investor/Partner with valid residence visa; as they are allowed to enter UAE within one year from their last exit date (Visa Rules are subject to change without notice hence it is advised to kindly communicate with the Embassy or the Airport Authorities before the arrival in UAE). - Residence visa holder must enter the country before expiry of the residence visa. He must not enter with "Visa on Arrival - In case Residence visa holder has lost the passport with the residence visa outside UAE, they may approach UAE Embassy of the country to have details on the process and the requirements. - In case Residence visa holder is issued with new passport (same country), while entering UAE they must carry both the old and new passports and must get the visa shifted to new passport. - In case any changes made in the perks on the visa details, Visa holder should contact RAK FTZ and check if any modification need to be done. - In case any changes made in the perks or the visa details, the Employment Contract must be updated accordingly and one set of amended contract to be submitted at our office for attestation ( for a charge).
