The USPPI is the persn in the United States that receives the primary benefit, mnetary r therwise, f the exprt transactin. ACCT. NO.- Please enter the USPPI s Accunt Number with Schenker, Inc., if knwn. RELATED PARTIES- Mark this bx when there s at least ten (10)+ percent wnership between the USPPI and the freign cnsignee (i.e., parent cmpany r sister cmpany). *USPPI EIN- Prvide the USPPI s Internal Revenue Service Emplyer Identificatin Number (EIN). Reprt the 9-digit numerical cde as reprted n yur latest Emplyer s Quarterly Federal Tax Return, Treasury Frm 941. The EIN is usually available frm yur accunting r payrll department.
