4 Recall of formalities to reduce the processing time of your invoices through our automatic acquisition system. Your invoices must be submitted in one unfolded copy, without staples and be systematically sent to the mailing address indicated on the order. IMPORTANT - We emphasize the fact that the order number and your supplier tax identification number (for European suppliers, this is the intra-community VAT no. or fiscal Id) must appear on the invoice in order to avoid further delay (inaccurate or incomplete invoices considerably delay payment). Information required by Safran to be displayed on your invoices : Transaction identification elements Order number (command reference) as shown on the order sent by the Safran company Your invoice will be structured as the order with the same order lines details Delivery number or minutes of receipt number Amount, reference and names of products or services sold Non Quality Event number related to the credit note (according to companies: NQE, inspection report n,...)
