1 «Bring your Big Data Challenge» rules Article 1 Organizing companies OVH SAS, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of euros having its headquarters at 2 rue Kellermann Roubaix (FRANCE) registered at the Trade and Commerce Register of Lille Métropole under the number B (hereafter OVH ) and INTEL CORPORATION, a company having its headquarters at 2200 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA (USA) (hereafter Intel ) organize a free challenge with no purchase necessary according to the terms of this settlement. Hereinafter collectively referred to as the Organizers. The rules are freely available for consultation on the OVH website Article 2 Conditions of entry This challenge is open to any person over 18 years of age of any nationality, whose residence is not located in an embargoed country. Persons not filling the above conditions are excluded, as are members of the staff of the Challenge Organizers, and all persons implicated in the organization of the challenge as well as members of their families. The Challenge Organizers reserve the right to ask any participant to prove his eligibility based on the above conditions. Any person who plans to run a big data solution can apply. The participant has to plan, build and deploy advanced analytics solutions in OVH s public cloud environment using the Trusted Analytics Platform. Any person not fulfilling these conditions or refusing to prove them shall be excluded from the challenge and shall not, in case of a win, receive a prize. It is mandatory to have Internet access and to have a valid address in order to participate. Article 3 How to enter The registration shall be held from 24 th September 2015 to 31 st October 2015 midnight (Paris time).

2 To participate in the Challenge, the Participant must go to and fill up the online application form. You undertake to fill out the application form provided in good faith, with the understanding that any inaccurate or incomplete registration will not be accepted. The same applies to multiple registrations. You accept that the data you submit to us and that is stored in our information systems is accurate and acts as proof of your identity. Please inform us as to any applicable change in such data. Any inaccurate or incomplete registration will not be accepted. Article 4 Winner selection process The will be supervised by a jury composed of big data experts for OVH and Intel companies. The jury is supreme and its decisions shall be final. The challenge is divided into two successive phases: (i) (ii) The jury will select three participants on 1 st November 2015 to engage with on a big data analytics Pilot to address their big data challenge. The Three selected participants will get a prize in accordance with the section 5 (i) below. One of the three pilots will be chosen by the jury as the big data innovator and announced on 29 th march 2015 and will get a prize in accordance with the section 5 (ii) below. Article 5 Prizes (i) Three selected participants of the first phase will get the opportunity to be supported by OVH and Intel to build a pilot on OVH s environment to address their specific big data challenge from November 2015 to March For this purpose, each of the three winners will receive up to the equivalent of five thousand dollars ($5 000) of OVH s public cloud infrastructure during four (4) months. The service will expire on 31 march Each of the three participants will have to accept previously the special conditions for OVH Public Cloud : ud_service.pdf

3 (ii) One of the three pilots will be chosen as the big data innovator and will be announced on-stage with OVH and Intel at one of the largest big data event. The winner will also be featured by OVH and Intel as big data innovators in particular via social media, PoC case studies Article 6 Liability By taking part in this challenge, you indicate your complete acceptance of these rules. The Organizers reserve the right to curtail, extend, amend or cancel this challenge where circumstances make this unavoidable, and disclaims all liability in this respect. The same shall apply in the event of fraud of any kind whatsoever, especially electronic tampering with the processes for entering the challenge or determining the winners. In such a case, the Organizers reserve the right not to award prizes to those responsible for such fraud and to eliminate any participant suspected of fraudulent conduct at its sole discretion. The Organizers reserve the right to temporarily or permanently deny participants any possibility, whether in full or in part, of taking part in the challenge, where such participants have undermined the legitimate operation of the competition or affected the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition and, if applicable, reserves the right to take legal action against those persons. Internet access conditions and limitations, notably in terms of technical performance and time needed to consult, process, or transfer data; network congestion; and computer virus risk are the full responsibility of participants. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their IT equipment or their data stored on this equipment, nor any impact this may have on the result of the challenge or the personal and professional activities of participants. It is participants responsibility to take any and all measures necessary to protect their data and/or software stored on their IT equipment against any risk or attack. Accessing OVH website and taking part in the challenge are the sole responsibility of participants. The Organizers shall not be responsible for damages, direct or indirect, whatever their cause, origin, nature or consequence, in particular provoked by reason of a dysfunction of the Internet or of the computer belonging to the participant or to any person or company associated with the challenge, or any other problem related to the telecommunications network, to computers online, to servers, to internet suppliers, to computer equipment or software.

4 Article 7 Intellectual property For purposes of the challenge, as a participant, you hereby expressly and free of charge authorize us to use, reproduce, represent your company's name, logo and other applicable trademarks in particular, referencing you as a participant of the challenge or in other promotional marketing materials. Each participant also authorises the Organizers to communicate about its creation that he makes available to the Organizers in the context of the challenge. This authorization is valid for five (5) years from the end of the challenge for the world and for any type of media (audio, video, press, internet, etc.). This authorization does not impart any right to any remuneration or benefit whatsoever, nor any other right to participants. Article 8 Participation fees Upon written request and for French residents only, The Organizers can refund connection costs corresponding to the cost of thirty (30) minutes of connection time (only one reimbursement per participant, regardless of how many times the participant connects). Please send your request to OVH SAS Big Data Challenge 2 rue Kellermann Roubaix. The request must be accompanied by: - personal information : indicate your family name, first name and personal postal address ; - proof of the incurred costs : attach a copy of the detailed invoice of the telephone operator and/or access provider to which you are subscribed, displaying the date and the time of your connection to the website and participation in the challenge, as well as a Relevé d Identité Bancaire (bank identity statement) or postal statement. The reimbursement will made through a bank transfer within three (3) months of receipt of the request following verification of the merits of the request, in particular with respect to compliance and truthfulness of the information provided. Postage fees will be reimbursed at the current regular mail rate (France and International). The request for reimbursement shall be reimbursed at the same address upon request. Requests must be received by 30 December However, any connection made free of charge or as part of a subscription (by cable, ADSL, fiber optic etc.) shall not be reimbursed. Any costs independent of the participation in the challenge and not provided for in these rules shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the participant.

5 Article 9 Modification of the rules The rules may be obtained free of charge by sending a written request to OVH SAS «Big Data Challenge» - 2 rue Kellermann BP ROUBAIX CEDEX, with the limit of one copy per Participant. The Organizers reserve the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the challenge in the case of a major force that would render it impossible to continue the challenge in accordance with the disposition of the present rules and notably in case of a dysfunction of the Internet or of any other problem related to the telecommunications networks, or computers online, of servers, of Internet providers, of computer equipment or software, without any responsibility being engaged in this regard and without any compensation whatsoever being claimed by the participants. Under the hypothesis of such a cancellation, modification or extension occurring, the Organizers agree to inform all the participants by and, in this case, to communicate the new rules to which they must submit themselves as appended to the present ones. Article 10 Privacy policy The entrants are informed that their personal data that are collected for the purpose of the present challenge. OVH will not disclose your personal data except to OVH subs Intel and their processors. In pursuance of the French Data Protection Act 1978, entrants have the right to access, amend and delete their personal information by writing to the Data protection Officer 2 rue Kellermann BP ROUBAIX CEDEX 1 FRANCE or cil@ovh.net. Article 11 - Applicable Law - Dispute resolution These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute or complaint related to the challenge will be submitted by writing in a maximum period of sixty (60) days from the end of participation.
