I m a healthcare assistant Sarah Jones and I will explain you how we will apply leg bandage to you before and after the operation. Som zdravotnícka asistentka Sarah Jonesová a vysvetlím Vám, ako Vám V m budeme pred a po operácii prikladať bandáž na dolné končatiny. We apply a bandage to prevent thrombosis / blood clot. Bandáž prikladáme, aby sme predišli komplikáci ciám m ako upchatie ciev.
7 CONVERSATION Good morning, Mrs Holmes. Dobrý deň,, pani Holmesová. How did you sleep? Ako ste sa vyspali? You are going for an operation today. Dnes idete na tút operáciu. I will apply a bandage to both of your legs. Urobím m Vám V m bandáž obidvoch dolných končat atín. Please, stay in bed and take off your trousers. Prosím m ostaňte te ležať v posteli a vyzlečte si nohavice.
8 Now I will apply a bandage to your legs from your toes to the groin. Teraz Vám V m obviažem nohy od prstov po slabinu. I will start the turn under your toes which I will leave open for us to be able to control their colour and temperature. Obväz z začnem pod prstami, ktoré nechám m voľne, aby ste mohli kontrolovať ich farbu a teplotu. From toes to heel I will apply a spiral turn. Od prstov po pätu p urobím hoblinový obvin. I will apply divergent spica for the heel. Pätu obviažem rozbiehavým obvinom.
9 I will continue up to the knee with a spiral turn. Ku kolenu pokračujem znovu hoblinovým obvinom. On the knee I will make a divergent spica and from knee to the groin I will finish the bandage with spiral turn. Na kolene urobím m rozbiehavý obvin a od kolena po slabinu dokončím m bandáž hoblinovým obvinom. I will fasten the bandage with two clips. Obväz z Vám V m prichytím m dvoma háčikmi. h Now I will apply the bandage to the second leg. Teraz Vám V m obviažem aj druhú končatinu.
10 How do you feel? Ako sa cítite? c Isn t the bandage too tight? Nie je obväz z veľmi silný? If it is too tight or loosens, call me and we will make a new bandage. Ak Vás V s bude tlačiť alebo by sa uvoľnil, zavolajte ma a urobíme bandáž znova. If you go to the toilet, be careful not to make the bandage dirty. Ak pôjdete na toaletu, dajte pozor, aby sa obväz neznečistil. Well, now you can get up from the bed. Dobre, teraz môžete vstať z postele.
