Pre-requisite Your ichat account must be setup and ready. ichat address format is [email protected]. 2. Managing your webstore account 2.1. Go to Click on Forgot username or password Enter with your username as [email protected] (where xxxxxxx is your admission number). Click on Submit. Note: Please login to check your ichat via 2

3 3. Sign-in to web-store 3.1. Click HERE(or browse to Sign-in with your username as (where xxxxxxx is your admission number) and password and then click on Sign In. 4. Download and Install Adobe Creative Cloud 4.1. After Sign In click on Home 4.2. Click on Adobe tab and then click on Adobe Creative Cloud. 3

4 4.3. Click on Add to Cart Click on Check Out" Click on I Accept Fill in your Last Name, First Name and as [email protected]. Click on Proceed with Order. 4

5 4.7. Take note of the redemption code, you will need it later, and then click on Redeem Now! This Redemption Code is only valid for 1 Year You will be redirected to Adobe Web Site ( IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that your username is entered correctly. 5

6 4.9 Create the Adobe ID as (where xxxxxxx is your admin no). For security reason, DO NOT advise that you use the same password as your SPICE account. Note: Please take note of your Adobe ID and password, you will need it launch Adobe CC applications. Do not use your personal for this purpose Enter your Redemption Code and then click on Activate Membership. Note: The redemption code CANNOT BE USED AGAIN once you activated your membership, this action is IRREVERSIBLE, please ensure that you remember the Adobe ID and password Click on Get Started and you will be redirected to to download Adobe CC application. 6

7 4.11. Click on Get Started and followed by Download Select under My Skill level with Creative Cloud: as Beginner Select under I am a: as Student Select under I am downloading Creative Cloud for: as My own nonprofessional use Then click on continue 7

Download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application If Prompt to ask to download as Administrator, Key in your Admin Username and Password Let the Creative Cloud Install Sign in into your Adobe using your and password under adobe account Once Sign in, Click on the Apps tab to view the list of Adobe Applications 8

9 4.18. Subsequently installing the Adobe application(s) that is required by your course through the Desktop Application. 5. Updating and/or Install additional Adobe applications Reference: To check for update(s) or install additional Adobe application(s) at a later time. Search and launch Adobe Creative Cloud application. 9
