FAQ Why should I learn accounting skills? Accounting is the language of business because it is the how we communicate business information. It is the process of using financial information for managing a business and reporting purposes. Don't I need a college degree to work in accounting? There are numerous entry-level bookkeeping jobs that do not require a college degree. Companies will hire employees to work as bookkeepers, accounting technicians, billing clerks, in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Our program is designed to teach students practical accounting with a hands-on, real-world curriculum. Why should I learn computer skills? Most jobs today require a working knowledge of computer skills. You will have a better chance of being successful in a workplace if you are able to navigate computers and use popular computer programs.
