The maximum price for each instrument includes up to 4 pads, one tenon or headjoint cork, and complete adjustments. The service also includes playtesting, sanitizing one mouthpiece, oiling the mechanism and wiping down the instrument (NO cleaning). 6 WOODWIND REPAD PRICES (MECHANCIAL OVERHAUL) This service includes taking apart the instrument, repairing damage to the toneholes, key cups and body (refinishing wood instruments with oil), swedging tenons and keys, cleaning, and polishing keys. All pads, keycorks, felts, and tenon/headjoint corks are replaced with new, high quality materials. The instrument should play at least as well as it did when it was first made. The prices below reflect the minimum charged for an instrument in average or above condition. All repads will actually be personalized estimates. ***Due to the amount of work involved, the turn around time for a repad is TWO TO THREE WEEKS.
