Using Headphones with Bluetooth Computer Typically, after establishing the Bluetooth connection with the headphones, you will be able to listen to audio from your device without having to do any changes to your sound settings. 23
26 Operation If this is not the case, however, you may make this change manually by doing the following: 1. Go to Control Panel and then double-click on Sounds and Audio Devices. 2. This will open up the Sound Properties window 3. Select the Audio tab on top, and under the Sound playback option, make sure to select Bluetooth High Quality Audio. Now click Apply and then OK. 4. Now, the default device for audio playback will be the Bluetooth Headphones. 24
27 Operation *The Bluetooth transmitter only has the capability to send audio signals out. For functionality of the Back/Forward buttons, your Bluetooth-enabled device or software must support the AVRCP Bluetooth profile. 25
28 Troubleshooting 1. The headphone control buttons have stopped responding or behave strangely. This might be an indication that the batteries are low and need re-charging. Please allow the batteries to charge for approximately 2 hours. 2. I have followed the instructions but I do not hear any sound on the headphones. a) Make sure volume is not muted on your computer/pda or other device. b) Turn volume up on the headset control buttons c) If your music/video software application was opened prior to setting up the Bluetooth headset, you might need to close the application and re-open it again d) Make sure all required drivers for your sound card have been properly loaded in your computer; otherwise, the headphones will not function. 3.
