Information and Knowledge courses are those that typically contain legal-heavy content, primarily centred around Housing and Homelessness issues, but can also subject specific; for example Domestic Violence and Housing; Mental Heath and Housing; issues relating to Young People. Trainers must not only have the subject specific knowledge, but also how housing and homeless issues relate. You must have superior legal knowledge and expertise to run most of these courses. 2.
