Entries will be returned in the case of cheques being dishonoured, unsigned, post dated, underpaid or for any other reason being unacceptable to the Bank. A charge of 10 will be made to cover incorrect remittances and the clerical work and postage incurred. Other errors requiring return of entries will be charged at 10. The Committee of the Show can accept no responsibility for products advertised or sold by stand holders at the show and exhibitors are reminded that grooming products on sale may not meet the requirements of the Kennel Club Regulations for the Preparation of Dogs for Exhibition. ALL GROOMING TO TAKE PLACE IN THE DESIGNATED GROOMING AREAS VIDEO CAMERAS USED AT KENNEL CLUB LICENSED EVENTS PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING The Organisers would like to bring the regulation on photography and filming to the attention of exhibitors, trade stands, press and visitors. It is a condition of all those attending the event that no filming or other form of recording may be taken or made at the venue without express written permission of the organisers. The taking of photographs in the show venue for sale or reward is strictly prohibited except with the written permission of the Organisers. Press accredited photographers are provided with permission to take photographs ONLY for use in newspapers, magazines and internet sites this is for news purposes only. There is no objection to the general public taking photographs of general views of the show, provided that these are for private use. Specific dogs may be photographed only with the approval of the exhibitor. No photography or filming is permitted in breed judging rings whilst judging is actually taking place. However, judges may allow it to happen at the end of classes or after the Challenge Certificate is awarded. Filming and flash photography is allowed from outside the rings at all times unless the operation of the camera is actually affecting exhibits. However, if a powerful flash unit is used or it is clear that exhibits are being affected, a ring steward or the judge is empowered to stop the person concerned. ONLY ONE PASS ISSUED PER EXHIBIT

CATALOGUES To ensure that you will have a Catalogue please order and pay for it with your entries. Only a small number of unordered catalogues will be on sale at the show. Group Catalogues 4 prepaid but 5 on the day. Full Catalogues 5 prepaid, 6 on the day. Any pre-paid catalogues not claimed by am will be offered for sale. DISABLED CAR PARK There will be designated disabled car parking areas within the main car park for exhibitors issued with an official Disabled Blue Badge. Please ensure this is displayed clearly in the vehicle when parking in the designated disabled car park. CARAVANS Three Counties Caravan site on the B4208, will officially open from mid-day on Monday 11th July and close at noon on Monday 18th July. Payment to Warden on site, without requirement for pre-booking. Any queries regarding earlier entry, please call NO PRE-BOOKING - payment to Warden on the site. The Show opens at 7.00 am and Judging starts at 9.30 am in most rings. Any breed requiring an earlier start will be advised with their passes which will be accompanied by a full ring allocation, breed judging order and times leaflet. STEWARDS Anyone wishing to steward please contact Chief Steward Mrs Sue Garner ( ) or Assistant Chief Steward Mr David Roberts ( ) EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with new Kennel Club guidelines, exhibitors must display exhibit number/owner identification on their crate, cage or container at all times. TRAVEL ADVICE The roads around the showground can be busy and suffer from occasional congestion. Please allow plenty of time for your journey. Judging will not be delayed merely because of traffic conditions. NO PRE-SHOW TRAFFIC WHATSOEVER WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE SHOWGROUND BETWEEN FRIDAY pm and SATURDAY 7.00 am. Please note: This applies to caravans in particular, but also to early exhibitor arrivals. ANYONE ENTERING THE SHOWGROUND FROM THE CAR PARKS, PRIOR TO THE PUBLISHED OPENING TIME OF 7.00 am IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE SOCIETY S INSURANCE. 2
5 RULES & REGULATIONS Vicious dogs are not eligible and must not be brought to the Show Exhibitors are held responsible for any damage done by their dog during the exhibition. 1 The Show will open at 7.00 a.m. 2 Dogs will be received up to 12 noon and after which no dogs may be received except under exceptional and unforeseen circumstances and by any special permission of the Show Management. 3 Judging will commence at 9.30 a.m. unless otherwise advised. Junior Handling will commence at 8.30 a.m. 4 Exhibits may be removed from the show after their judging has been completed. Exhibits may not be removed any earlier unless by written order of the Veterinary Surgeon, Veterinary Practitioner or of the Show Management and then only in very exceptional and unforeseen circumstances which must be reported to the Kennel Club. The Show will close half an hour after judging has been completed by which time dogs must be removed. 5 The use of cooking stoves in the proximity of tenting and benching areas is forbidden except as authorised by the Show Management. 6 Entry fees: Breeds Where CCs are on offer: Members: First class with each dog Non-Members: First class with each dog Each subsequent class Non-CC Breeds: First entry each dog each subsequent class. Not For Competition: 5.00 each dog. CAR PARKING IS FREE. Spectator Dogs will be accepted on the day, between 8.00 a.m. and noon, at a charge of 5.00 each. Entries may be made online at 7 Prize money: Special Yearling, Veteran, Brace, Junior Stakes and Puppy Stakes. See details by each class and on page 1. 8 The Committee reserves to itself the right to refuse entries. 9 Puppies under six calendar months of age on the day of the Show are not eligible for exhibition. 10 The mating of bitches within the precincts of the Show is forbidden. 11 Best Puppy in Show. From 1st January 2015, and for a period of two years the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulate that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs are eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions are suspended. (Please refer to the FAQs on the Kennel Club Website for further information). Where a Best Puppy in Show competition is scheduled the Best Puppy in Show is a puppy which has competed and is unbeaten by any other puppy exhibited at the same show. A puppy is a dog of six and not exceeding twelve calendar months of age on the first day of the show. Where the Best of Breed, Best of Group or Best in Show is a puppy it should automatically be awarded Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show respectively. Similarly if the Reserve Best of Breed, Reserve Best of Group or Reserve Best in Show is a puppy which has only been beaten by an adult dog it will should automatically be Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show respectively. Consequently, selection of Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show must follow the selection of Best of Breed, Best of Group and Best in Show respectively. a Championship Shows Judged on the Group System (Definition: Shows judged on the Group System - refer to Regulation (27b) (1) Best Puppy in Breed. A Best Puppy must be declared in each breed from puppies entered in the breed classes. (2) Best Puppy in Group. From 1st January 2015, and for a period of two years the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulate that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs are eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions are suspended. (Please refer to the FAQs on the Kennel Club Website for further information). Best Puppy in Group and subsequent puppy group placings must be selected from: (a) Those puppies declared Best Puppy in Breed provided that they are unbeaten by any other puppy. (b) The puppy declared Best Puppy from the Any Variety Not Separately Classified classes in each Group or on each day provided it is unbeaten by any other puppy. (3) Best Puppy in Show. From 1st January 2015, and for a period of two years the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulate that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs are eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions are suspended. (Please refer to the FAQs on the Kennel Club Website for further information). Best Puppy in Show must be selected from the Best Puppy in Group winners provided they are unbeaten by any other puppy. b c Withdrawal from Other Competition. Puppies which become eligible for Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show may be withdrawn from all other competition, other than Breed classes and Best Puppy in Breed, prior to the competition for Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show as appropriate in order to remain unbeaten. A puppy beaten in competition for Best Puppy in Group or Best Puppy in Show may subsequently be exhibited in all competition for which it was previously eligible. The dog declared Best Puppy in Show however, must not compete in any subsequent competition. Puppies may be withdrawn from Any Variety classes when judged before Breed classes. Proviso. For the purposes of this Regulation, dogs beaten in competition for Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, Progeny, Brace and Team or a Special Award confined to one breed, will not be considered to be a beaten dog. 12 Best in Show. From 1st January 2015, and for a period of two years the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulate that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs are eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions are suspended. (Please refer to the FAQs on the Kennel Club Website for further information). The dog declared Best in Show is a dog which has competed and is unbeaten by any other dog exhibited at the same Show. 3
6 Definition of a Category 3 Breed. A breed from time to time designated by the General Committee as requiring particular monitoring by reason of visible condition(s) which may cause health or welfare concerns. The list of designated Category 3 Breeds is kept under regular review. a Shows Judged on the Group System (Definition: Shows judged on the Group system include classes for breeds within more than one Group, as defined in Kennel Club Regulation B(A); and requires a judge to declare a Best of each Group after which the exhibits so declared will compete for the award of Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show). (1) Best of Breed. Where a breed is separately classified a Best of Breed may be declared but only from those exhibits which have received a first prize in a breed class at the show. Where separate classes are provided for each sex of a breed a Best of each Sex must be declared. NOTE: The Best of Breed/Best Any Variety Not Separately Classified award relevant to a Category 3 Breed will not be confirmed until the dog has passed an examination by the General and Group Championship Show Veterinary Surgeon. (2) Best of Group. From 1st January 2015, and for a period of two years the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulate that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs are eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions are suspended. (Please refer to the FAQs on the Kennel Club Website for further information). Best of Group and subsequent Group placings must be selected from: (a) The Best of Breed winners in each Group provided that they are unbeaten winning dogs. (b) The best unbeaten winning dog from the Any Variety Not Separately Classified classes in each Group or on each day. NOTE: The dog declared Best of Breed/Best Any Variety Not Separately Classified from a breed designated by the Kennel Club as a Category 3 Breed is not eligible to compete in the Group competition unless it has passed an examination by the Show s Veterinary Surgeon. If the dog fails to pass the examination it is ineligible to compete in the relevant Group. (3) Best in Show. From 1st January 2015, and for a period of two years the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulate that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs are eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions are suspended. (Please refer to the FAQs on the Kennel Club Website for further information). Best in Show must be selected from the Best of Group winners provided they are unbeaten. Reserve Best in Show must be selected from the remaining Group winners following the selection of Best in Show. b Withdrawal from Other Competition. Dogs which become eligible for Best of Group and Best in Show may be withdrawn from all other competition (other than Breed Classes and Best of Breed) prior to the competition for Best of Group or Best in Show as appropriate in order to remain unbeaten. A dog beaten in competition for Best of Group or Best in Show may subsequently be exhibited in all competition for which it was previously eligible. The dogs declared Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show however, must not compete in any subsequent competition. Dogs may be withdrawn from Any Variety Classes when judged before Breed Classes. c Proviso. For the purposes of this Regulation dogs beaten in competition for Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, Progeny, Brace and Team or a Special Award confined to a single breed, will not be considered to be beaten dogs. 13 Exhibits will not be admitted to Best in Show and Best Puppy in Show competition after a period of ten minutes has elapsed since the announcement that exhibits are required for judging, unless they have been unavoidably delayed by previous judging not being completed on time, and then only with the special permission of the Show Management. 14 Exhibitors must not pick up dogs by their tails and leads when lifting them. This is not acceptable. Exhibitors should note that such practice would constitute harsh handling and reports of such practice will be referred to the Committee under Kennel Club Show Regulation F All exhibitors must be familiar with Kennel Club Regulation F (Annex B) Regulations for the Preparation of Dogs for Exhibition. 16 All dogs resident outside the UK must be issued with a Kennel Club Authority to Compete number before entry to the show/event can be made. All overseas entries without an Authority to Compete number will be returned to the exhibitor/competitor. 17 DOGS IN VEHICLES ON HOT DAYS. Your dog is vulnerable and at risk during hot weather and the Kennel Club offers the following guidance to help guide you through the do s and don ts travelling to and whilst at Kennel Club licensed events. When travelling to a show please take a moment to consider whether the route to the show is on a busy holiday route, and leave earlier to avoid increased time in traffic jams. If your vehicle is not air-conditioned seriously consider whether travelling to the show is a good idea at all. The vehicle should be as fully ventilated as possible, and plenty of stops should be taken, with lots of water available to drink. Ensure your dog is not sitting in full sunlight. There should be plenty of free flowing air around the dog. When at the show, never leave your dog in the vehicle. Keep the dog in the shade take your own shade, for example a large umbrella and always have plenty of water available to drink so your dog stays well hydrated. Avoid your dog taking part in unnecessary exertion, or from standing in exposed sunlight for extended lengths of time. Remember, if you feel hot your dog is very likely to feel much hotter and dehydrated, and this could lead to dire results. Please look after your dog s welfare. WARNING: IF YOUR DOG IS FOUND TO BE AT RISK, FORCIBLE ENTRY TO YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE NECESSARY WITHOUT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED. 4
7 18 Not For Competition entries will be accepted. Details of each dog so entered must be recorded on the entry form and must be Kennel Club Registered. 19 No modifications will be made to this schedule except by permission of the General Committee of the Kennel Club, which will be followed by advertisement in the Canine Press wherever possible. 20 Dog Fouling & Grooming Waste. Any owner, exhibitor, handler or other person in charge of a dog is required to remove immediately any fouling and grooming waste caused by their dog(s) at any Kennel Club Licensed Show within the Licensed venue and within the environs of that event, including car and caravan parks and approaches. Any organisation holding a Kennel Club Licensed event is required to provide an adequate number of receptacles for the disposal of such fouling. 21 The committee of this show can accept no responsibility for products advertised or sold by stand holders at this show, and remind exhibitors that grooming products on sale may not meet the requirements of the Kennel Club Regulations for the Preparation of Dogs for Exhibition. 22 Parents or temporary guardians are responsible for the children they bring to the show, particularly in respect of nuisance, vandalism and damage to property. Should we have trouble in this respect, we claim the right to eject from the venue the parents (or temporary guardians), the child(ren) and their dog(s). No refund will be made in respect of lost entries. Parents and/or temporary guardians will be held financially responsible for any act of vandalism or damage by their children and their entries may be refused at future shows. 23 Exhibitors Passes will be despatched in good time. If acknowlegement of entries is required a stamped addressed postcard must be enclosed with Receipt written on reverse for Secretary s signature. 24 The Committee is empowered to exclude any dog which is not in a fit state for exhibition from disease, vice, natural or other causes, and if such exclusion takes place before or after the dog is judged, the entry fee will be forfeited. 25 Disclaimer of Liability. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or any one for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers of the Dog Show, the Kennel Club, the Three Counties Agricultural Society nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to dogs, owners, exhibitors, professional handlers, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Further, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the Three Counties Showground and Car Parks to any person or to withdraw permission at any time to remain on the ground, and shall not be required to give any reason for such action. 26 The Organisers shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation or postponement of the Dog Show or any such eventuality. 27 A dog may be disqualified by the General Committee from any award, whether an objection has been lodged or not, if proved amongst other things to have been registered or recorded as having been bred by the scheduled judge. This shall not apply to a Judge appointed in an emergency. DEFINITIONS OF CLASSES KENNEL CLUB REGULATIONS F(A) N.B. The word dog includes both sexes In the following Definitions, a Challenge Certificate includes any Show award that counts towards the title of Champion under the rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club. Wins at Championship Shows in breed classes where Challenge Certificates are not on offer shall be counted as wins at Open Shows. In the case of a dog owned in partnership and entered in Members classes or competing for Members Specials each partner must at the time of entry be a member of the Society. In estimating the number of awards won, all wins up to and including the seventh day before the date of closing of Postal entries shall be counted when entering for any class i.e. 1st June Wins in Variety Classes do not count for entry in Breed Classes, but when entering for Variety Classes, wins in both Breed and Variety Classes must be counted. A First Prize does not include a Special Prize of whatever value. A dog is not eligible for entry in Variety Classes unless also entered and subsequently exhibited in a Breed Class where such a class is provided for which it is eligible, as provided in Kennel Club Definition of Classes. Exemptions from this Regulation are: From 1st January 2015, and for a period of two years the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulate that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class have been suspended. (1) A Puppy, unless a class for dogs under twelve months of age for which it is eligible is provided for the breed. (2) A dog in Any Variety Veteran Class. (3) A dog in Any Variety Champion Class. (4) A dog which is withdrawn from exhibition in breed classes as a result of the appointment of an emergency judge. (5) AdoginTheGoodCitizenSchemeClasses. (6) Exhibits bred by the scheduled breed Judge. If an exhibitor reports before the judging of a class or classes that a dog has been entered which is ineligible, the exhibitor may choose one of the following options: 1) Withdrawal The dog may be withdrawn from competition subject to the conditions of Regulations F(1) 9(j) and 20. 2) Transfer (a) If a dog is ineligible for a class or classes as regards its breed, colour, sex, weight or height, the Show Secretary shall transfer it to the equivalent class or classes for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height, and in the event of there being no equivalent class, Minor Puppy and Puppy excepted, to the Open class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. (b) For an exhibit entered incorrectly in a Minor Puppy Class, Puppy Class or Junior Class, which is over age but under 12 calendar months of age, 18 calendar months of age or 24 calendar months of age respectively, the 5
8 Show Secretary shall transfer the exhibit to the Puppy Class, Junior Class or Yearling Class respectively for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height and in the event of there being no Puppy, Junior or Yearling Class, to the Open Class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. (c) For any reason other than the above, the Show Secretary shall transfer it to the Open Class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height. (d) If an exhibit arrives late and misses a class, even if it is the only class in which the dog is entered, the dog may not be transferred to any other class. MINOR PUPPY For dogs of six and not exceeding nine calendar months of age on the day of the Show. PUPPY For dogs of six and not exceeding twelve calendar months of age on the day of the Show. JUNIOR For dogs of six and not exceeding eighteen calendar months of age on the day of the Show. YEARLING For dogs of twelve and not exceeding twenty four calendar months of age on the day of the Show. NOVICE For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate or three or more First Prizes at Open or Championship Shows (Minor Puppy, Special Minor Puppy, Puppy and Special Puppy classes excepted, whether restricted or not). GRADUATE For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate or four or more First Prizes at Championship Shows in Graduate, Post Graduate, Minor Limit, Mid Limit, Limit and Open classes, whether restricted or not, where Challenge Certificates are offered for the breed. POST GRADUATE For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate or five or more First Prizes at Championship Shows in Post Graduate, Minor Limit, Mid Limit, Limit and Open classes, whether restricted or not, where Challenge Certificates are offered for the breed. LIMIT For dogs which have not become Show Champions under Kennel Club Regulations or under the rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club or won seven or more First Prizes in all, at Championship Shows in Limit or Open Classes, confined to the Breed, whether restricted or not, at Shows where Challenge Certificates wereofferedforthebreed. OPEN For all dogs of the breeds for which the class is provided and eligible for entry at the Show. SPECIAL OPEN SMOOTH For smooth-haired St. Bernards only. VETERAN For dogs of not less than seven years of age on the day of the Show. ANY VARIETY NOT SEPARATELY CLASSIFIED For breeds of dog for which no separate breed classes are scheduled. BRACE For two exhibits (either sex or mixed) of one breed belonging to the same exhibitor, each exhibit having been entered in some class other than Brace or Team. IMPORTED REGISTER For breeds confined to the Imported Register, and only when an Interim Breed Standard has been published by The Kennel Club. Such breeds may be exhibited in this class only, and are ineligible for any other competition whatsoever. NOT FOR COMPETITION Societies may at their discretion, accept Not For Competition entries. Societies may accept such entries from breeds of dog not included within the title of the Society and at Shows held over more than one day, such entries may be accepted on any day from any breed. GOOD CITIZEN DOG SCHEME CLASS For dogs which have achieved their Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze Certificate or above. REGULATIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF DOGS FOR EXHIBITION F (B) 1 These Regulations must be observed when a dog is prepared for exhibition and/or exhibited at any Kennel Club Licensed event. Objections may be referred to the General Committee for disciplinary action under these Show Regulations and/or for disciplinary action under Kennel Club Rule A42. (a) A dog found to have been exhibited in breach of these Regulations will automatically be disqualified from exhibition at the show and from any award gained thereat. (b) Unless the exhibitor provides a satisfactory explanation for the dog being exhibited in breach of these Regulations then he/she may be subject to further penalties of either a fine or as listed under Rule A42. 2 (a) No substance which alters the natural colour, texture or body of the coat may be present in the dog s coat for any purpose at any time during the Show. No substance which alters the natural colour of any external part of the dog may be present on the dog for any purpose at any time during the Show. (b) Any other substance (other than water) which may be used in the preparation of a dog for exhibition must not be allowed to remain in the coat or on any other part of the dog at the time of exhibition. 3 No act or operation which alters the natural conformation of a dog or any part thereof may be performed except: (a) Operations certified to the satisfaction of the General Committee. (b) The removal of dewclaws of any breed. (c) Operations to prevent breeding, provided that such operations are notified to the Kennel Club before neutered dogs are shown. Nor must anything be done calculated to in the opinion of the General Committee to deceive. 4 The General Committee without previous notice may order an examination of any dog or dogs at any Show. Any examination thus ordered will be made by a person having executive authority who shall have a written directive from the Kennel Club in their possession. Samples may be taken for further examination and analysis. 5 An individual has the right to lodge an objection to a dog only if he/she is the owner or handler of a dog competing in the same breed or class. An objection may, however, be lodged by an official of the Show or by anyone so deputed by the Kennel Club. It will be the responsibility of the individual who lodges the objection or the official (as appropriate), to substantiate the grounds for the objection. The Kennel Club will substantiate the grounds for an objectionmadeonitsbehalf. 6 Any objection by an individual related to an infringement of these Regulations must be made in writing to the Show Secretary at his/her office before the close of the Show and the individual must produce evidence of identity at the time of lodging the complaint. 6

REMINDER: IF IT IS NECESSARY TO RETURN ENTRY FORMS FOR ANY REASON A CHARGE OF TO COVER POSTAGE AND CLERICAL WORK WILL BE MADE WELFARE OF DOGS Anyone whose dog is entered at a Kennel Club licensed event should take all reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dog(s) are met, and should not put a dog s health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omission or otherwise. Breach of Kennel Club Regulations in this respect may be referred to the General Committee for disciplinary action under Kennel Club Limited Rules and Regulations. Right to Refuse Entries: Exhibitors/Competitors are reminded that show societies have the right under Kennel Club Regulation to refuse any entry. DOGS IN VEHICLES ON HOT DAYS Your dog is vulnerable and AT RISK if left in a vehicle in high temperatures and even on days considered as slightly warm. Please take care of your dog. If your dog is found to be at risk forcible entry to your vehicle may be necessary without liability for any damage caused.
10 **IMPORTANT NOTE** **EXHIBITORS PASS SYSTEM** For On-line entries only You will receive your Exhibitors Passes at the appropriate time through your personal on-line account - **Not through the post** Approximately 2 weeks before the show you will be informed by that your Exhibitors Passes are in your account + by SMS text to your mobile phone if you wish. Take these steps: Login to your account and choose the option My Account History there you will see with your Show Entry record a line saying Download your Exhibitors Pass - click this link and your Exhibitors Pass will appear - print it - take it to the show. There may also be a Show Information Leaflet -printthis. Be aware that the Exhibitors Passes are not sent to you by but will be in your account ready to be printed off by you and used at the show in the normal way. All exhibitors will receive the necessary information contained in a leaflet sent out with their passes, or downloaded with online passes. CAR PARKING FREE Car parking will again be as in The Show Management thank all exhibitors for their co-operation in making the parking work so well. We regret that we are unable to arrange special parking facilities for members.
