Any passenger carried in a Maggiore vehicle is a third party. The STP supplements completely eliminate the FTP* theft deductible costs, with the exception of thefts taking place in Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Molise, Calabria and Sicily, for which the theft deductible costs are not totally eliminated, but reduced to the amounts shown in the FTN** table. 01

In the case of any damage, including unreported accidents or accidents without a counterparty, a Damage Processing Fee (DPF) of euro 79,30 will be charged to cover administrative costs. This does not affect our right to claim further damages. SKO supplement waives totally the FCD* deductibles and DPF with exception for rentals commencing in Campania, Puglia, Basilicata and Molise for which the FCD* deductible is not totally waived but reduced to the amounts shown in the above rate scheme FDN**. The rental contract contains specific indications regarding responsibility for use of the vehicle. Among those specifications it is particularly important to observe the rules for proper and diligent use (such as avoiding unpaved roads and observing the standard rules for care and maintenance) as well as respecting the traffic code. In case of failure to do so, even if a limitation of responsibility clause was undersigned, all the damages shall be responsibility of the Client. For further clarification it is necessary to refer to articles 6,7,8,9 e 11 of the current General Conditions. Maggiore reminds that unless expressly envisaged otherwise, limitations of responsibility are not valid in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence pursuant to article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code. Windscreen protection (KCR) The windscreen protection covers all car windows (windscreen, rear window, door windows and wind deflectors). It does not cover the interior rear view mirror, wing mirrors, sunroof or panoramic roof (which are covered by the damage protection). Euro 1.85 per day. Up to a maximum of 10 days per month. It is not an insurance cover. Roadside assistance cover (SSC) Euro 4.30 per day. Up to a maximum of 15 days per month. (frozen fuel, customer refuels with incorrect fuel, customer runs out of fuel, dead car battery, punctured tyre, customer loses car keys, customer leaves keys inside a locked car). 02

3 SERVICES, ANCILLARIES AND SUPPLEMENTS Following are the prices of services, ancillaries and supplements that may be optioned by the Client. For further information and detail on each voice it is possible to consult online the Maggiore Rental Guide and the Maggiore General Terms and Conditions. Airport fee (ROA) 16% on all rentals commencing in Italian airports. The supplement is applicable on all rental charges with the exception of road tax, fuel and winter tyres (GTR) and CAF, roadside assistance cover and DPF. Refueling service (RIF/CAR) Euro 18,85 plus the amount of the missing litres as per average prices recorded, increased of 30% due to variable costs for supply. Advance Fuel Charge - PPP You can pay the price of a full tank when you pick up your car/van, so that you won t need to refuel before returning it. Unused fuel will not be refunded if you return the vehicle with over 120 km of mileage. If you return the vehicle with 120 km or less of mileage, you will only be charged for the litres used + the refuelling service (refuelling charge). Electric vehicle recharge service (RIC) Euro 15,15 per rental. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) Euro 10,05 per day. Super PAI (SPI) Euro 15,05 per day. 03

4 High season supplement (SUP/SUS) Sicily and Calabria from 11 July to 23 August 2015 and from 9 July to 22 August 2016: 15% increase of the rate. Sardinia from 11 July to 23 August 2015 and from 9 July to 22 August 2016: 20% increase of the rate. Administrative cost of invoice (CAF) Euro 2,00 per rental for administrative expences. Hourly extention fee (ESO) Euro 18,85 per rental grants 1 hour and 59 minutes tolerance. Parking facilities in areas of artistic interest or particular difficulty of access (SPS) Euro 30,00 in the event the vehicle is dropped off at Venezia - Piazzale Roma branch for the parking service at the Municipal Garage. Roadside assistance service (SSA) 207, 50 euro. Ancillaries and additional services Replacement vehicles In the event of non-availability, breakdown, or if requested by the hiring agent. Vehicle of a different category DWG If the Lessor provides a replacement vehicle that belongs to a lower category than that of the rented vehicle, the customer will pay the lower rate that applies to the replacement vehicle, for the whole period of its actual use. A vehicle in a lower category means a vehicle to which a rate applies that is lower than the rate for the vehicle originally rented. UPG Regardless of whether the rented vehicle has been reserved or is already in use, if the Lessor provides a replacement vehicle in a higher category, for the following 15 days the customer will pay the rate for the vehicle in the lower category. This condition may be revoked at any time, with 48 hours notice, by simple request from the Lessor. After 48 hours, or if the customer fails to return the vehicle within the 15 days, the Lessor shall retrospectively, and for the entire rental period, apply the rate for the vehicle actually being used. The 15-day period means the total number of days, not necessarily consecutive, during which the customer has actually used one or more vehicles in higher categories. Vehicles in higher categories means vehicles to which rates apply that are higher than the rate for the vehicle booked or already in use. Out of rental location: within the limits of the municipality in which the Lessor s Agency is located: euro 18,85 (CO1/RI1); outside the limits of the municipality in which the Lessor s Agency is located: euro 1,05 per km with a minimum charge of euro 18,85 (CO2/RI2); within the limits of the municipality in which the Lessor s Agency is located and out of hours: euro 32,35 (CO3/R13); outside the limits of the municipality in which the Lessor s Agency is located and out of hours: euro 2,17 per km with a minimum charge of euro 32,35 (CO4/R14). For delivery and/or collection in Sardinia, please ask for surcharges at time of booking. 04

5 PENALTIES AND VARIOUS For the return of a vehicle in a different location from the authorized one, a penalty is applied: euro 15,00 FC* (VAP) special vehichles drop off in non authorized location: euro 352,00 FC* (VJM) return light pushchair in a different location from the pick-up one euro 155,05 FC* (PSP) return of winter tyres to an unauthorized agency euro 250,00 FC* (PTR) fee on administration file (traffic fines, parking, pay-tolls, etc.) euro 42,70 (GRV). OPTIONAL INSURANCES Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) For the cost of PAI, please, refer to the section Services and supplements. Drivers over 75 years old cannot be insured. Insurance policy covering, within the specified limits, against the risk of an injury sustained BY THE DRIVER: Death or permanent inability euro ,00. An excess in applied, corresponding to 3 percentage points of the ascertained degree of permanent disability, where the disability resulting from the injury exceeds 3% of total disability. If the disability resulting from the injury is less than 3% of total disability, the insured party shall not be accorded any damages Medical expenses euro 3.000,00. Refund of medical expenses shall be paid out with the application of the fixed deductible, for expenses sustained due to collection following accident. There shall be a 30% reduction in the above sum for the refund of expenses related to physical therapy, medicines, spa/ thermal treatment and the purchase or rental of prosthetic and therapeutic equipment. Fixed excess euro 1.032,90 per each injury. Daily hospital euro 51,00 excess for 5 days, max indemnification 15 days. 05

The Super PTI guarantee provides accident cover for the DRIVER, within the following limits: Death or permanent disability euro ,00. This includes an excess equal to 5 percentage points of the ascertained degree of permanent disability if, as a result of the accident, the disability is greater than 5% of total disability. If the disability is 5% of total disability or less, no indemnity will be paid to the insured party. Accident Medical Insurance euro ,00. This guarantee is valid up to the limit specified, for expenses incurred following medical recovery due to a road accident. Reimbursement of medical expenses for physical therapy,medicines, crenotherapy, and the purchase or hire of prosthetic and therapeutic apparatus, is recognised up to a limit of 30% of the insured sum specified above. Fixed excess euro 1.032,90 for each accident. Hospital cover: euro 102,00/day, excess 5 days maximum indemnity 15 days Super PTI cover also includes the following guarantees, summarised as follows: A) Personal assistance contact Maggiore Rent Customer Service An important range of services, after a road accident occurs during the rental period: - Medical advice following an accident or sudden illness - Patient transfer if the incident occurs during the journey at a distance of more than 50 kms from the Insured Party s place of residence, and the conditions of the Insured Party are such that the doctors of the Operations Centre, by agreement with the doctors at the site of the incident, advise that the Insured Party should be transferred to a medical facility close to their place of residence, the Operations Centre will determine the method of transfer and will: 1) Organise transfer of the patient to their place of residence or to a suitably equipped hospital in their administrative region of residence, on condition that both are in Italy, by the most appropriate means: - air ambulance by stretcher on a scheduled flight train/sleeping car ambulance 2) If necessary, provide medical/nursing staff assistance to the patient during the return journey All patient transport and organisation costs, including honoriums for medical/nursing staff transported to the place of departure and accompanying the patient on the return journey, will be borne by the Company up to a maximum of euro 5.000,00. Transfer of other Insured Parties Following the provision of a Patient Transfer service, the Company will also organise the return journey for the other Insured Parties by providing railway tickets (First Class) or air tickets (Standard Class) up to a maximum cost of euro 1.000,00. Family member journey If during a journey in the rented vehicle a road accident occurs at a distance of more than 50 km from the Insured Party s place of residence, requiring treatment of same for more than 10 days in a hospital close to the site of the incident, and the presence of a family member is requested, the Operational Structure will make available to the family member one return rail ticket (First Class) or flight ticket (Standard Class) up to a maximum cost of euro 350,00. The family member s accommodation expenses are not included. Transport of the deceased The Operations Centre will organise transport to Italy of the deceased; if identification by a family member is necessary, the Insurer will make available one return ticket (exclusive of accommodation expenses). 7 Via Della Chiusa Milano [email protected] B) Baggage & Personal Effects cover In case of theft with break-in or damage to baggage due to collision, the customer is entitled to reimbursement up to a maximum of euro 500,00 (absolute first risk) with the following limits: - euro 250,00 for bag-snatching and robbery of money, valuables, and jewellery; - euro 500,00 for theft of electronic apparatus or total theft of the vehicle.
