He has been recognized as a subject matter expert by the U.S. Department of Labor, and has developed new research approaches to assessing the influence of time, emotion and cognition on user perception. Frank has successfully applied his advanced knowledge of usability engineering for ten years in corporate enterprise environments, in both Europe and the US.
