1 Ham Radio Deluxe Revision History Ham Radio Deluxe Version (aka "migration release") This release is referred to as "the migration release" because it moves the HRD user files into the Windows user profile. This enables multi-user capabilities with unique settings per user when users login to Windows with uniquely different Windows user accounts and run HRD. This eliminates several errors that were caused by hardened Windows security practices that caused users to have insufficient user rights/permissions to folders and registry keys. This caused some users to run HRD "As Admin". Customers are advised that they should no longer attempt to run HRD "As Admin", as this practice subjects their computer to security threats that could expose personal data to hackers. Restated - DO NOT run HRD "As Admin". A list of errors that are resolved with this build include (but not limited to) the following: - Invalid Attribute/Option Identifier when attempting to perform database functions - Cannot save My Station information - DM-780 errors with saving macros - Saving layouts in any application - Unspecified error on starting Logbook - Encountered Improper Argument - "Cannot create file" when attempting LOTW functions Other improvements are as follows: 454 Bug: Alarms and Filters in DX Cluster are not saved until you exit and restart Logbook (Parent) Logbook 500 Bug: ALARM NOT FUNCTIONING Logbook 506 Bug: Hell 80 bandwidth DM Bug: Logbook - Can't seem to turn off Cluster Alarms Logbook 1368 Bug: Waterfall freezes DM Bug: DX Cluster, bell icon alarm and highlighting deleted Logbook 1384 Bug: Rotators with south stop stop positions (Yaesu G-540) do not work correctly 1434 Bug: While in Logbook, saving a contact changes the transmit to split Logbook 1456 Bug: In Logbook, selecting "Reset (F4)" invokes split operation on PowerSDR.
