Smart Invest in your future dream holiday and lifestyle with ease, as this programme allows you to enter at a low investment cost and with the benefit of a flexible investment period. Invest between 50-55% of the value into the boat and let the annual return finance the rest. After the investment period, the ownership of the boat is transferred to the investor without any additional costs other than VAT and deregistration. SmartLow This programme suits the investor who chooses a lower initial investment and lower total investment, where in effect, less capital is tied up. As a whole, this is the most cost-effective investment. The first payment upon signing is 38% on the total, and 12% at the end of the investment period. Short Term (Pre-owned) Invest in a pre-owned yacht at any of our sites in the Mediterranean and still gain the benefits of being a Programme Investor. You will receive the highest return on investment and s leading service and maintenance. For some of the Short Term yachts we have the possibility to offer REFIT. REFIT when pre-owned becomes as good as new! When you invest in a pre-owned yacht in the REFIT concept, we include options as when you buy a brand new yacht. The options you have made will be installed after the charter period. As a part of your agreement you will receive points to use in Holiday Programme for sailing and land holidays as you prefer, how many points you get, depends on the size of the Yacht.
