5 ส วนแสดงผลของระบบคอมพ วเตอร ส วนแสดงผลของระบบคอมพ วเตอร หร อท เร ยกว า Visual Display Terminal (VDT) หมายถ ง อ ปกรณ ส วนหน งของระบบคอมพ วเตอร ท ใช แสดงผล ซ งข อม ล อาจอย ในร ปต วหน งส อ ต วเลข เส นกราฟ หร อภาพต างๆ แสดงให เห นบนจอแสดง ภาพ โดยผ ท ปฏ บ ต งานก บ VDT จะท างานประเภทต างๆ แตกต างก นไป เช น งาน ป อนข อม ล งานเร ยกข อม ล งานจ ดร ปแบบข อความ หร องานออกแบบและควบค ม การผล ต

8 ผลกระทบด านส ขภาพอนาม ยท อาจเก ดจากการปฏ บ ต งานก บ VDT ผลกระทบด านส ขภาพของดวงตา ผลกระทบด านน พบได มากท ส ดในกล มผ ปฏ บ ต งานก บ VDT ล กษณะหร ออาการของผลกระทบ ด านส ขภาพดวงตา ได แก ความเม อยล าของดวงตา การระคายเค องท ดวงตา การม สายตาพร า หร อม อาการปวดศ รษะ เป นต น ส าหร บป จจ ยท อาจเป นสาเหต ของป ญหาด านน ได แก ก. ส งแวดล อมด านแสงสว าง การเก ดภาวะท แสงสว างส องเข าตา ระด บความเข มของแสงน อยหร อมากเก นไป ข. ค ณสมบ ต และค ณภาพของต วเคร อง ภาพหร อต วอ กษรบนจอภาพไม ม ความคมช ด อ ปกรณ ปร บความสว างของภาพหร อต วอ กษรช าร ด
9 ผลกระทบท ม ต อระบบกล ามเน อและโครงสร าง การเก ดความเม อยล าของร างกายซ งได แก อาการปวดหล ง ปวดเม อยบร เวณคอ และไหล หร อบร เวณแขน และข อม อ เป นป ญหาท พบได ในกล มผ ปฏ บ ต งานก บ VDT ป จจ ยท เป นสาเหต ของป ญหาทางด านระบบกล ามเน อและโครงสร าง ได แก 1. องค ประกอบของสถานท ปฏ บ ต งาน ซ งได แก เก าอ น ง โต ะต ง VDT และแป นพ มพ ท ได ร บการออกแบบ 2. การท ผ ปฏ บ ต งานต องน งอย ก บท ตลอดระยะเวลาการท างาน ม การเคล อนไหวของส วน ต างๆ ของร างกายอย างจ าก ด และม การใช ม อ แขน ไหล เพ อปฏ บ ต งานในท าเด มซ า แล วซ าอ ก ภาวะเหล าน ส งผลให เก ดความเค นท กล ามเน อส วนคอ ไหล แขน และหล ง

11 ผลกระทบด านจ ตใจและอารมณ การปฏ บ ต งานก บ VDT นอกจากม ผลกระทบต อส ขภาพของร างกาย ค อ ดวงตา คอ ไหล แขน และหล งแล ว ย งส งผลกระทบต อภาวะทางจ ตใจและอารมณ ของผ ปฏ บ ต งาน ในร ปของความเคร ยดและความก งวล ซ งสาเหต ท ก อให เก ดผลกระทบด านจ ตใจและ อารมณ ด งน 1. ผ ปฏ บ ต งานม ความร ส กหร อท ศนคต ท ไม ด ต อการปฏ บ ต งานก บคอมพ วเตอร ซ งถ าเก ดภาวะเช นน ท าให ผ ปฏ บ ต งานเก ดความร ส กไม สน กก บงาน เก ดความเบ อหน าย และเก ดความเคร ยด

13 แนวทางในการจ ดสภาพงานในการปฏ บ ต งานก บ VDT สามารถแบ งออกเป น 4 ส วนด วยก นด งน 1. แนวทางจ ดสภาพงานในส วนท เก ยวก บต วผ ปฏ บ ต งาน» ผ ปฏ บ ต งานท แพ แสงสว าง ควรได ร บค าปร กษาจากแพทย ก อนท จะเข าท างานก บ VDT» ผ ปฏ บ ต งานควรได ร บการตรวจสายตา ก อนเข าท างานก บ VDT และผ ปฏ บ ต งาน ท ม อาย มากกว า 40 ป ควรได ร บการตรวจสายตาซ าอย างน อยท กๆ 5 ป» ผ ปฏ บ ต งานหญ งซ งอย ระหว างการต งครรภ ม ความก งวลว า อาจม ผลกระทบต อ ทารกในครรภ ซ งความก งวลน ต องร บการพ จารณาท เหมาะสม โดยค าน งถ ง ความสบายใจของผ ปฏ บ ต งานเป นหล ก เช น เปล ยนให ไปปฏ บ ต งานอ นช วคราว เป นต น

17 แนวทางจ ดสภาพงานในส วนท เก ยวก บสถานท ปฏ บ ต งาน การมองเห นข อความในเอกสารให ช ดเจนข น และสายตาไม ต องเพ งมาก ควรยก เอกสารข นให เหมาะสมก บระด บสายตา รวมท งควรวางเอกสารทางด านหน าโดยอาจม อ ปกรณ รองร บท สามารถปร บระด บได และม เน อท วางอ ปกรณ อ นๆ ท จ าเป นต องใช ในการปฏ บ ต งานได อย างเพ ยงพอ และอย ในระยะท ม อเอ อมถ ง การจ ดต าแหน งจ ดปฏ บ ต งานก บ VDT น น ต องค าน งถ งภาวะท แสงส องหร อสะท อน จอแสดงภาพเข าตาท เก ดจากหลอดไฟหร อแสงท ส องผ านทางหน าต าง การจ ด ต าแหน งจ ดปฏ บ ต งานควรอย ในล กษณะท ขนานก บแถวของหลอดไฟท อย บนเพดาน โดยท จ ดปฏ บ ต งานอย ระหว างแถวของหลอดไฟ ด งร ปท 4 ในกรณ ท สถานท ปฏ บ ต งานม หน าต าง การเร ยงจ ดปฏ บ ต งานควรอย ในล กษณะท ขนานก บหน าต างด ง แสดงในร ปท 5
