Project Objectives How the project formulates, develops, checks and realises its objectives based on extensive information about the demands of its parties involved. 2. Leadership How the behaviour of all managers of and within the project inspires, supports and promotes Project Excellence. 3. People How project team members are involved and how their potential is seen and used 4. Resources How existing resources are used effectively and efficiently 5.
