Vessels/2016 Dated: CIRCULAR Sub: Rebate of Vessel Related Charges to Foreign Feeder Container Vessels The Board of Trustees, vide Resolution No. 213 dated 11 th February 2016 resolved to grant 15% rebate in Vessel Related Charges to Foreign Feeder Container Vessels from 11th February 2016 to 30 th September 2016 with the condition that the service will operate two Vessels, connecting Cochin and Colombo, which will have fixed-day, weekly calls at Cochin.

Vessels /2015 Dated: C I R C U L A R Sub: Concession in Vessel Related Charges for Container Vessel Services The Board of Trustees of Cochin Port Trust, in the meeting held on , decided to approve the following with effect from to To redefine Mainline container vessel services as ship services with international ports of call in the continents of Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia and any port in China, Korea or Japan. To extend the liberalized MGT of 800 TEUs from both the calls combined for ships of draft above 13.5 m and up to 14.5 m of Mainline container vessel services, double-dipping weekly at Cochin, up to To make the rebates in VRC to Mainline services conditional so that skipping two or more weekly calls in any one direction consecutively will render the vessel calling immediately after such skipping ineligible for the maximum rebate of 85%, and will instead qualify only for the default rebate of 50%, irrespective of the volumes handled by that vessel. To grant 30% rebate in VRC to container vessel services, other than Mainline services, between Cochin and the Middle East, double-dipping weekly at Cochin with the condition that skipping two or more weekly calls in any one direction consecutively will render the vessel calling immediately after such skipping ineligible for the rebate.

Vessels /2015 Dated: C I R C U L A R Sub: Concession in Vessel Related Charges for Mainline Container Vessel Services The Board of Trustees of Cochin Port Trust in the meeting held on 9 th December 2015, decided to extend the following concessions with the terms and conditions noted against the item with effect from 1 st January 2016 to 30 th September i) Rationalized Rebate in VRC Linked with Draft and Combined MGT from Both Calls for Mainline Container Vessel Services with Weekly Double-Dipping Calls at Cochin Container Vessel Services Mainline Services Double- Dipping at Cochin Draft (m) Combined MGT from Both Calls-No. of Containers (TEUs) Rebate (%) Rebate if MGT not achieved (%) 13.0 and Less Above 13.0 and up to Above 13.5 and up to Note: New Mainline services will be exempt from the requirement of MGT for the initial 6 calls. ii) To make the rebate in VRC to Mainline services conditional so that skipping two or more calls in any one direction consecutively by the Mainline services will render the vessel calling immediately after such skipping ineligible for the maximum rebate
