This document describes the following projects: AIPAC Conference Builder Conference Builder is a custom event management application created for one of the most powerful lobbying organizations in the United States. Leap Frog FLY Fusion Pentop Computer Leap Frog s leading pentop computer needed a software store. Leap Frog turned to System Mobile to create a rich store under tight deadlines. Chrysler LLC blog.chryslerllc.com Revisiting an application System Mobile created for Chrysler, we added new Web 2.0 features to Chrysler s existing blog for the press corps, TheFirehouse.biz.

2 American Israel Public Affairs Committee Conference Builder AIPAC organizes several events during the course of a year. Managing attendee registration, surveys, transport and programs became too much for their staff, so AIPAC turned to System Mobile to create an integrated solution to manage events for several thousand people. The result was Conference Builder a Java-based event management web application. Conference Builder does more than manage attendees and sessions. It s a single-source publishing solution creating programs, badges and marketing material for every event. Some of Conference Builder s features include: Check-in kiosks for registration and seating Banquet seating module to assign attendee seating Over 100 real-time reports Personalized attendee badges PDFs of 8 different versions of event programs and marketing materials Wireless component accessible from PDAs Integrated with barcodes and scanning technology The dashboard provides summary information for events, including registration counts broken down by category.

3 Attendee contact and registration information is centrally located within Conference Builder. This screenshot displays simple contact information, attendee category, as well as any membership information. Additional attendee information includes guests, lobbying appointments (here you ll see appointments for Feinstein, Waxman and Boxer), registration fees and any credit card processing for the attendee.

4 Sessions are also managed within Conference Builder. Each session has several attributes, including speakers, staff assignments and banquet seating. Application administrators can create and manage events, with no additional involvement from System Mobile. Due to the success of Conference Builder, AIPAC is able to provide an unprecedented level of personalization to attendees, as well as quickly make changes to event schedules and marketing materials. The addition of handheld accessibility allows staffers to manage events from anywhere.

5 Leap Frog FLY Fusion Pentop Computer Leap Frog wanted to roll out the next generate of its pentop computer in time for the back to school season, but the webstore wasn t started, requiring complex integration with PC applications and the cart processor. System Mobile was able to create the webstore in time to meet the product launch date. The webstore integrates with the PC application to provide a seamless experience for the pentop user or account admin. Complex licensing, DRM, account management and subscriptions are all supported by the webstore. System Mobile s rapid turnaround on the webstore allowed Leap Frog to meet production launch and marketing dates.

6 Chrysler The New Chrysler blog A few years ago, Chrysler asked System Mobile to create a private blog strictly for the press corps. The necessary features weren t available in existing packages, so we quickly created a rich blog supporting: Multiple editors and personas Comments and user creation with an approval queue Podcasting Rich text editing With Chrysler s possible acquisition by Cerberus, the need arose for a new, less formal communications channel. The latest version of the blog software supports: Tag clouds Trackbacks Pingbacks Get ready for the next 100 years. The new Chrysler blog allows direct communication with customers with features people have come to expect from a blog application.
