3 About Organization The firm had started its work in The firm is taken an insurance of cattle like buffalo, cow. The firm has done other work like to do investigation on death body of cattle. 4 Existing system Now a days the firm is doing its all work manually. Any user can view the information about cattle. All entries regarding insurance of cattle are done manually in register. Now the firm wants all its work computerized. With using manual system it is very difficult to maintain the register. 25 Process Description Login Process:- Brief Description Of Process This process checks the authentication and admin can able to access the application. Cattle Policy information:when customers want to take policy, then Agent gives All information about different policies. Among this Policies, the customer can select the policy for his/her Cattle. Cattle Detail:After the policy has been selected by the customer,the customer gives information about him and also the Cattle information. Policy Detail:This process gives detail information of individual policy like term ending detail, payment detail etc. Agent Detail: It gives information about agent Like agent name, address, contact no etc. Page 25 of 57

26 Process Algorithm Step 1 :- Start Step 2 :- Enter the username and password. If password is invalid then try again. Step 3 :- If password is correct then agent can able to access the system. Step 4 :- After the policy has been selected, the agent takes the customer and cattle information. Step 5 :- The policy calculation is done by system for the individual customer. 53 Testing Unit testing:in unit testing each and every program is tested individually using dummy records to see whether that program produce satisfied output. The program output will effect for processing done by using another program. Validation testing:in validation testing each and every records are testing. Check all validation like numerical validation, character validation. This validation testing is store correct data and maintains data. Page 53 of 57

54 Post Implementation Review After the system is implemented and conversion is complete, user usually conducts a review of the system. The new system needs less man power and provides information on time. Saves data entry duplication work. It also provides the locking system and password protection so it is reliable. Page 54 of 57

55 Future Enhancement There is one segment named lab unit needed computer system to improve work. In this system, we tried to make a simple application for user. We can change our system day by day as per the user requirements will be changed. In future we want to implement below point in our system. We convert our system into website. Customer can take policy information about cattle from any place. Customer can also see the schedule about camp arrangement for cattle. Customer can take policy for cattle and give online payment through credit card. Page 55 of 57
