3 Current industry overview It is estimated only about 20% of taxi drivers in Klang Valley are connected to a taxi network.. 6 Component 2 Centralised Taxi Dispatch System Passenger Taxi Market CTSS Operator Start: 1 Passenger makes booking through phone or app Taxi Network Operator 4 If job can t be fulfilled, job is forwarded to CTSS Taxi Passenger 6 Taxi picks up passengers 2 Beam jobs to taxis subscribed to the network operator. 3 Taxi Fleet If taxi in the network accepts the job, taxi will go to location 5 Inform job availability to other taxi drivers of different TNO Passenger now has higher chances of getting a cab, thus reduce waiting time 1 st level dispatch ( ) 2 nd level dispatch ( ) * Other taxi network operators can also provide taxi jobs to the taxi fleet.
