1 Steeles Law Solicitors Sought after legal advice Dispute Resolution at Steeles Law
2 About Us We understand that disputes are stressful. No-one wants to find themselves embroiled in litigation, which is expensive, risky and diverts attention away from running a successful business. If you find yourself in the position of having to pursue or defend a claim, you will need lawyers to act in your best interests to resolve that dispute on the most favourable possible terms. In order to do that, your lawyer will of course need to have a good understanding of the law and be familiar with court procedures. That goes without saying. However, they also need to understand the commercial implications of the dispute and what it means to your business. Do they understand what your aims are? Have they assessed your likelihood of success at court and told you how much it will cost to get there? This is what you can expect as standard from the Dispute Resolution Team at Steeles Law, as is the fact that all of our lawyers are approachable people who will discuss your case with you in clear and commercial terms, without hiding behind legal jargon. so much Thank you for all your work and the best claim possible on my resulting outcome for both sides. Client Comment
3 We recognise that all cases are different. We won t just embark upon litigation without first considering whether it is right for your case and whether there are other ways of resolving your dispute. In addition to our court and tribunal experience, we are also experienced in resolving cases by other methods including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and adjudication. Our aim is to RESOLVE your dispute by the method most appropriate to you and your business and to achieve the most favourable possible outcome in the circumstances. We will do this by implementing the following steps, in every case: We will Review the situation with you, making sure we understand the background to the dispute and the commercial implications, Evaluate your legal position and give you our assessment of where you stand, good or bad. That will inform the Strategy that we will suggest and agree with you in order to meet your Objectives. We will then Lead you through the process, ensuring that you receive Value for money every step of the way until the best possible End result is achieved. p grateful to you in particular steering us through this whole as satis factory I am very and Steeles in general for rocess out t owards an come as possible.
