No need to buy an additional storage system; create storage space within your Microsoft server. ESS for Windows creates an iscsi Virtual SAN Appliance along with additional Virtual Machines (VMs) within the same hardware platform creating an all-in-one appliance for all of your storage and server needs. Increase productivity, simplify management and reduce power and rack space by simply loading StoneFly ESS for Windows in a virtual machine. By creating an iscsi target within your Windows Server 2008 R2, existing hardware resources can be reallocated for data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery.
