18 Virtualization : iscsi LUN Snapshot & Backup LUN Backup: Instant or scheduled backup Backup destination: Windows share (SMB/CIFS) Linux share (NFS) Local folder on the NAS

19 Virtualization : iscsi LUN Snapshot & Backup LUN Restore: (from snapshot) Overwrite the original LUN Create a new one by renaming the LUN LUN Snapshot: Create a read-only LUN snapshot and mount the snapshot to an iscsi target on the NAS to allow data access from other hosts. The contents of the LUN snapshot will remain the same regardless of the changes made to the original LUN.
