3 DANIELLE MARTIN Director Danielle has more than 15 years experience in the resources sector, managing complex social and stakeholder situations for large-scale infrastructure projects Danielle Martin is the Director of, an independent consultancy firm specialising in strategic social performance, stakeholder engagement and communications management. Danielle has more than 15 years experience in the resources sector, managing complex social and stakeholder situations for large-scale infrastructure projects. Danielle specialises in the development and implementation of social performance management, community engagement, government liaison and strategic communications (risk) management. She has worked with diverse stakeholder groups and communities across Australia and internationally, in developing and developed countries, in culturally complex and challenging operating environments. Her experience includes social performance management within the mining and oil and gas sectors across Australasia and the Pacific, North America, Europe and the Middle East. She has held senior advisory positions with international mining and petroleum companies. Danielle was previously the lead Principal of the social performance business unit at Coffey Environments, part of the Coffey global professional services group, a position she held from October 2008 to August Prior to joining Coffey, Danielle was the General Manager of the Corporate Communications division of the South Australian workers compensation authority, responsible for stakeholder relations, government liaison, internal communications and media management. Danielle has tertiary qualifications in communications and media, and a masters degree in sustainable development from the University of Sydney. Danielle is a RABQSA-certified QMS auditor. In 2011, she completed the Health Impact Assessment course run by the International Health Impact Assessment Consortium at Liverpool University, UK. In 2000, Danielle was recognised as the Young Business Leader of the Year in South Australia. She holds a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management and completed a residential executive training program on strategic planning and performance at the University of Melbourne in She has authored and presented numerous discussion papers on social performance management. She is a member of the International Association for Impact Assessment. Danielle established in 2011 to provide clients with strategic advice on social performance.

5 DANICIA DUTRY Associate Danicia is an energetic Project Manager, with more than 18 years experience in management, marketing and corporate communications, consulting, market and social research and the resource sector. She holds a Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and has held positions with a national-based research consultancy, as well as senior advisory positions with Woodside Energy Ltd, BHP Billiton Iron Ore and the City of Westminister in the UK. Danicia founded consultancy firm, Q&A Communications, in 2002 to cater for an identified gap in the market for social performance, community consultation and social research consultancies. As Q & A s founder and Managing Director, she worked on a number of community consultation and social research projects specifically looking at measuring social impacts of resource and infrastructure projects as well as engaging Indigenous, regional communities and young people in a wide variety of issues. 7 LAUREN RYAN Associate Lauren Ryan is an Associate of and the Director of Unite Consulting. Lauren has more than seven years experience in the resources sector, working for one of Australia s majors and later for one of the largest resourcesfocused consultancy firms.
