17 Fix the Real issue Loodswezen The Dutch pilots offer a contribution to the safe and quick pilotage of ships to and from the Dutch ports and the Flemish ports on the Scheldt River. Each year, they assist about 100,000 ships. Loodswezen has an central maintenance organisation & up to 10 years experience with SAP Our Solution Interviews with key people with organisation. The implementation aimed to improve the operational availability and to lower the maintenance costs. 21 Focus on Process & People AJS Integrated Services Contractor for ONEgas AJS is managing and executing all maintenance & modifications work for 50 offshore assets in the Southern North Sea and 2 gas plants in Den Helder (NL) and Bacton (UK). AJS is formed & sourced from three different companies and their (sub)contractors. The Approach Use a neutral information domain; maximized the strength of interconnected corporate networks.
