11 ESTABLISHMENTS Incorporated with manufacturing license to produce Cold Headed Bolt & Nuts for local and export market Produces Bolts from 3/8 though to 4 diameter with capacity of 500 tons per month 1981 appointed as Sole Agent for Atlas Bolt Ltd, UK for High Tensile Bolts, Helicoil Inserts and Inserting Tools 1984 market Fluorocarbon (PTFE) coated bolts & nuts to Oil & Gas companies and for Offshore installation Set-up facilities to produce Fluorocarbon coated bolts & nuts under brand

12 ESTABLISHMENTS 1990 signed a Confidentiality Agreement with Warwick Finspa Ltd, UK to manufacture Monostrut Cable Ladders in Malaysia was developed. Designed for supporting cables in the Oil, Gas, Power and Building industries 1994 signed a Licence Agreement to manufacture brand Cathodic Protection products 1996 obtained all marketing activities and acquire the entire business of Cathodic Protection from Wattyl-Dimet 2001 set up Hydraulic Bolting Services business including rental of sub- sea hydraulic bolting tools and equipment 2005 exclusive distributorship to market and sell Zinga products, a Zinc galvanized solutions better than HDG

14 GROUP OF PRODUCTS: FASTENERS fluoropolymer coated bolts and nuts was developed in 1983 coating and a base metal coat with high PTFE content is best suited for installations in petrochemical plants, offshore platforms and in corrosive environment Cadmium plated, PTFE top coat was tested and witnessed by independent 3 rd party shows, NO RUST after 9,000 hours (more than 1 year) salt-frog test coating is effective and more economical than using stainless, incoloy, titanium and other exotic materials Gives the best corrosion resistance, low friction with self-lubricating, lubricating, non-galling properties thus reducing make-up and break out torques An excellent product for offshore and subsea installations Resists most acids and unaffected even when exposed to hydrogen at 121ºC at 2,000psi
