Don t wait until your roof leaks, to find out it is failing. Protect your investment today with inspection and preventive maintenance services. SERVICE Roof Inspection D. C. Taylor Co. s Roof Inspection is a technical service that determines the roof s condition and assesses its ability to serve the intended function. Step 1 Aside from being watertight, how do you need your roof to function? Tell us what your expectations are for its performance and life expectancy. Step 2 Using a detailed checklist, we assess the condition of more than 20 components of your roof. We ll report the findings and provide a proposal for repairs that fulfill your expectations. like from images of the defects discovered, to photographs describing their condition and a roof plan identifying their location(s). Step 4 At your request, we ll provide you access to the information via an online password-protected roof asset management database. Step 3 Once we ve compared the condition of the roof against your expectations, we ll report back to you. You choose how detailed of a photo report you d 1 Roof Inspection
SERVICE General Preventive Maintenance General Preventive Maintenance includes cleaning, inspecting, and proactive maintenance of the roof system. Step 1 Share with us your expectations for service life and roof system performance. Step 2 As we conduct a formal inspection of your roof, we ll clear the roof surface of environmental debris to ensure proper drainage. Step 4 When the service is complete, we ll tell you what we did and provide the images. And, if you d like, we ll log the information in an online password-protected roof asset management database for you to access any time. Step 3 As we identify minor defects, like materials are used to implement corrective actions. Before and after photographs are taken of the maintenance that was performed. 4 Understand the source of the leak first. Then, select the proper repair method. Our Leak Evaluation service gives you information, not just a haphazard patch. SERVICE Leak Evaluation D. C. Taylor Co. s Leak Evaluation is a technical service that determines and evaluates the cause of water leakage. Step 1 Tell us the frequency and location of the leak(s), as well as a noticeable pattern to the occurences. Step 2 Our crews will examine the condition of the leak area and develop a hypothesis about the source of leak. Step 3 If necessary, we ll recreate the leak with a flood test, observe the path of the leak, or compare findings with leak stains to make sure we ve sourced the leak correctly. Step 4 We ll communicate back to you, sharing the observations we made, activities conducted, and findings we uncovered. Step 5 Now that you know the source of the leak, authorize D. C. Taylor Co. to perform an effective method for the repair. 3 Leak Evaluation

Don t wait until someone falls from the roof to establish a fall protection program. SERVICE Fall Hazard Survey A Fall Hazard Survey identifies potential fall hazards and provides recommendations to mitigate the exposure. Step 1 Tell us the type and frequency of activities taking place on the roof. We also need to know your goals, expectations, and who from your company should be involved in planning. Step 2 When we re on the roof, we gather information about access and egress, openings, as well as exposures at the roof edge. Step 3 We ll tell you the hazards that exist, where they re located, and strategies to mitigate exposures. 5 Fall Hazard Survey
SERVICE Permanent Fall Protection Installation This trade work service installs permanent fall protection systems and equipment in order to protect rooftop workers from fall-related injuries and fatalities. Step 1 D. C. Taylor Co. will evaluate the roof and supporting members. Step 3 Before the system is used, a qualified person will train employees on its proper use. Permanent Fall Protection Installation 6
Standardized Service Delivery Customized for You Our Services: 60+ Years of Best Practices D. C. Taylor Co. has carefully defined and documented its services. These descriptions provide specific information about how our work is conducted, the standards and codes we comply with, and the deliverables you can expect to receive when the job is complete. 7
Defining Your Needs and Requirements Our professionals recognize that understanding your needs and facility s unique requirements is the foundation for executing a successful project. D. C. Taylor Co. has developed a process of delivering roof services that begins with you. Before trade work starts, we need a clear understanding of your objectives. This is obtained when D. C. Taylor Co. acquires information about your vision, preferences, and the roof s history during a detailed interview. 8
Facility Service Agreement You have service agreements with other vendors; D. C. Taylor Co. has created a service agreement for the same purpose. Eliminate the hassle of reviewing terms and conditions every time you require a roof service. Sign a maintenance contract with D. C. Taylor Co. Our Facility Service Agreement (FSA) is non-obligatory and costs nothing. Authorizing the agreement can greatly improve your ability to proactively manage your roof(s) by expediting the ordering process, thereby freeing up time and attention for your other facility management duties. 9
You are not required to use any services or make expenditures by signing the FSA. 1. Review the FSA. If you encounter terms and conditions that are in conflict with your business procedures, we will make every attempt to resolve whatever issue is the cause. If your company already has a similar agreement, we d like to review it. 2. Specify a communication method. Tell us how you d like to receive communication, reports, records, and invoices. Upon acceptance of the FSA, D. C. Taylor Co. registers your facility in an online asset management database. 3. Order services. When you need a service performed, simply authorize a Service Order and return it to your D. C. Taylor Co. contact. 4. Access maintenance records. D. C.
